Bad experience. Very rude staff at the check out. The price/quality is not worth it. I don´t recommend this place. For a better choice, Smart hotel that is nearby is much better than this one!

Best location, close to Metro station, supermarket
We stayed one week in this hotel. Friendly / helpful staffs, good location, spacious / clean room. We shall definitely come back again to this hotel once we come to Barcelona

hotel was sorta in a bad area. a lot of sketchy people around and graffitti. shower is so small, its impossible to move in there. hotel cleanliness and presentation less than mediocre.

This was a last minute booking and I must say the price was very reasonable for what was provided. It is close to the train station, which is extremely convenient. The check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, the room wasn’t the cleanest (floors were sticky with stray hairs next to the bed - NOT in the bed as the sheets were quite clean). The shower doesn’t look too inviting but the water pressure and temperature were excellent. However the hairdryer was not working. Overall the area was quiet and peaceful, the only issue I had was that there seemed to be a problem with the pipes, so every time someone in another room took a shower a tremendous clatter could be heard in my room as the water kicked in. Not a fun way to be woken at 2am! However, I must stress that for the price and the fact it was last minute, an overall nice, convenient stay.

Hotel is close to three main metro lines and is very accessible to get to anywhere in Milan. The hotel needs to be updated but is clean and rooms are comfortable. The shower was luke warm which was very disappointing as my stay was in the winter and it was quite cold outside. Apart from that it was ok to stay in for a few days.

suddenly I arrive at my room and it is without air conditioning. I ask in reception and they tell me that they removed it because it is getting cold. then I have to spend warmth inside this little room? I paid for a room with air conditioning.

Pest control and bigger shower booth required
Great location, however!! Pest control required due to Bugs and ants in the room floor so that I had to buy a insects spray that cost me 10Euro. Too tiny shower booth.

Close to train station
Room was dusty, and tired. Airconditiner would not turn on, unfortunately for us as we were visiting during very warm weather. Bathroom musty and poorly designed - averaged sized person has knees around bidet to use toilet!! A Tall person would not fit. Room and hallway smell very strong of cigarette smoke - for non smokers this is offensive - in these times smoking inside should not be allowed.

Good location for train station.
Visible from the central train station milan. Nice rooms. Air conditioning. Check in was easy. €4 euro per person per night city tax (seem to suprise a few people at check out). Small shower cubicle.

Cimfirtable and the location was convenient. We requested someone to pick up us frim The station as they advertized, that didn’t work but it was not to far. We hired a ride to the airport with them and which was nice

Mokimba did the job for a couple of nights i had to be near central station. Nothing fancy. Old fashion lacks decoration in lobby and rooms.. the room was clean although other areas out look somehow dirty. Specially the carpet st the entrance and in corridors. Chinese neighborhood.. price range 100 usd in mid to low season

Close to metro, and train stations. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. It's a 3 star hotels but better than a lot of the 3 star hotels I have been in. Staff was very accommodating. They were very helpful; I.e. They printed our boarding pass for freee

Very clean, good location. Lobby dated, room quite small and some items need renovation (specially in the bathroom). Basic Breakfast and service insufficient, many things were not available because of the lack of staff.

Works well for a short stay
WiFi was one of the most workable ones out of the hotels I have stayed, my connection doesnt drop halfway thru using. Room was spacy but not soundproof, could hear the people living next door.

I booked for one of my family member there, when I tried to help them with their luggage they refused, they told me according to the italian law all guests visitors are not allowed to enter gusest rooms.

It was very very clean! Can't complain about the room or hotel itself. Location was very good if you wanted to be near the main train station! And metro station was close enough too. My only complaint was the street it's on felt a bit dodgy. Lots of strange men hanging around outside. That's just something I was very aware of as a solo female traveller

Great value, near Milano Centrale
Mokinba is a small (4?) chain of hotels in Milan, and this particular location is a 5-minute walk from Milano Centrale (the main train station). I thought it was a great value, and a surprisingly modern hotel. I had a single room, which was incredibly small, but also sufficient for my needs on a single day stay. Nice to have electric blinds, and the room itself was very clean. I was on a high floor, overlooking Milan. The hallways were very quiet, and there was no noise from either within or outside the hotel. The neighborhood is fine....that the hotel is close to the train station was key for me, and there are a couple of Metro stops within a 5-minute walk to the hotel that bring you quickly to the main sites in Milan. One oddity is that the heat wasn't working in my room, and when I called reception, they said it would turn on at 9pm. A bit weird. And then even after 9pm, the heat wasn't working, to which reception said that it took awhile for the heat to properly start (it never did). In any case, not a big deal, as it wasn't that cold, but just a strange quirk. Also, there is a room at reception in which guests can leave luggage either before check-in or after check-out, which I was able to utilize. And the staff was very professional and efficient with check-in/check-out. Good, fast free WiFi in the room as well.

Ok hotel for a quick and short stay
Hotel was close to main central station very easy access to metro and Train. Really small shower and room ok for a sleep and go not a hotel to hang out much nothing to see
