What a fantastic hotel! The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is immaculate. The staff was incredible, and we had a blast! Definitely recommend staying here!

Parking was a bit expensive, but there was no parking around the facility. Also, when you do park, it is not convenient and a bit awkward since they have security devices in each parking space that are so low you can not see them while you turn.

Property is very artsy and great for photo ops. The room was just ok. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom and we even upgraded to a bigger room once we checked in so we were confused as to why there was only 1 towel. Basically it felt like the room was not ready for a new arrival. Like maybe the room had been sitting there and no one checked to see if it was ready for occupancy. On a better note, the bartenders and bar staff were all nice at the lobby bar. The rest of the staff we interacted with was not as friendly. But then again most of the people in Milan are not a very friendly bunch, and walk around with a judgy energy, so I chop that up to being more cultural. The guy that we checked in with was very “by the book” and charged us an additional $80 for an early check in which I thought was nuts. But we paid it since we were there before 3pm which is there check in time. The breakfast was subpar but the dinner was great. Breakfast buffet had green beans and carrots…Yes, for breakfast, so that was odd, but euro nonetheless. Overall the stay was good. If my room had been cleaner and had everything ready upon arrival I would have given 4 stars.

Great snd trly a design hotel. Excellent property, though not much to do around. Long walk to reach navigli or other busy locations. Also the Metro si 15 min walk, not ideal with luggage

100% would come back / recommend!
My husband and I would definitely be staying at Nhow Milano again. It was a great hotel with a spacious room, very unique decor, friendly staff and absolutely delicious breakfast. Service was great from start to finish. Location wasn't in the city center which we thought was great. We walked around the neighborhood which had a great selection of local restaurants, convenience store and a nice walk to the Navigli canals.

We did enjoy our stay in the hotel, the staff was friendly and responded well to the little issue we experienced when first entering our room. The design of the hotel was unique and inspiring our visit of Milano. The breakfast was amazing. Just the roof terrace was a place where we did feel a bit out of place and had expected something else. We would definitely recommend the hotel and location and would come again.

Our stay at NHOW was amazing! The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. The hotel and rooms are clean. The rooftop pool is amazing and unique. It was a very hot day and we really enjoyed the complimentary use of the pool. Jenny was very nice, she came up to the pool and provided guests with free sunscreen packets and a water proof case for your phone. The breakfast was very good with many options. Upon leaving, Jenny also gave our children sunglasses, which they loved. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Quirky design
Quirky hotel with the art installations dotted around in a mostly suburban but attractive area. Little bit of a trek into the centre. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Wasn't till I saw someone with an omelette that I realised you could have one made. Ate an evening meal in the 'restaurant' which was a raised space off the bar/lobby and didn't feel terribly atmospheric. Almost like a goldfish in a bowl, quite visible to everyone, so had room service the next night! Rooms were lovely but needed the window leaving open as quite warm and their eco idea is not to have any air con, so they really need to offer fans.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff. Room was spacious and modern. Area around is a bit sketchy (e.g. park area nearby was not somewhere I would walk alone at night). A wonderful canal and restaurants area was about a 20 minute walk from hotel.

The hotel itself was nice, the room was pretty terrible for the price. Hard bed, broken window that didn't seal when closed, bashed up walls and virtually no power outlets. Combine all that with being woken up to the dulcet sounds of angle grinders and shouting from the pool being built directly outside the window, and you have what amounts to a poor experience.
