“Very clean and comfortable”

We were very happy with our experience in this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was modern and clean. Cab fare from the airport was about 15€ and they also have a free shuttle bus.

“NOVOTEL SAGA IN MILAN ITALY”

STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANYTHING ELSE. IT IS DIRTY INFESTED WITH BUGS EVEN IN ELEVATORS. ROOMS HAVE AN ODOR. PARKING VERY UNCONFORTABLE. WOULD NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.

“Great hotel for traveling thru Linate Aeroporto”

Great hotel for traveling thru Linate Aeroporto. This hotels location minutes away from Linate Aeroporto and the shuttle service make it a great place to stay for a properly planned trip to Milano. A nice restaurant and bar on site. And very easy to use public transportation options nearby.

“Kids stay free”

This Novotel compares to many Best Western properties and others in the US where kids stay free--apparently a new promotional for this Milanese hotel. Having stayed at Novotels in Europe several times before over the last 15 years, I had expected a sleek, business-oriented, and more "adult" atmosphere, and was surprised by the level of crowding, noise, and rambunctiousness, especially at the hotel pool. All of this was okay, since my husband and I enjoy children--just not the more romantic atmosphere we had hoped for. What was not okay was the hotel restaurant, which offered the same menu for both lunch and dinner--all fairly tasteless.

“Very Solid Hotel”

I've stayed at three Novotel Hotels during my European vacation. One in Paris (Orly), this one and one in Zuerich (Airport Messe). This one was the best overall. It was roomier than the one in Paris and better priced than the one in Zuerich. It had easy access to a bunch of Mac Computers and free XBOX entertainment for my kids. The breakfast was 12 euros per person, but given that my kids ate for free, the overall breakfast cost was very reasonable. The place was clean, well organized and I would definetely go back.

“Nice hotel for the airport”

The Linate Airport is way out and if you are flying to the states your flight will be at 7 in the morning. This hotel is the nicest by the airport and reasonably priced. The area is empty so maybe have dinner before you get there. Very nice room, staff was nice and theres a bus that takes you to the airport. There's a pizza place about 10 mins away walking distance called Moby Dick's (i cant make this up). the pizzas are good and its really your only chance for food here.

“A nice hotel NOT at an airport”

The hotel itself was fine and the staff were very helpful. BUT to identify it as an airport hotel is wrong. In fact, there are no airport hotels at Milano Linate. It would have been helpful to have known that it was 2 exits away on the Tangenziale (beltway). I wasted over an hour and lots of gas in my rental car (currently $9.00+/gal) looking for the hotel. Furthermore, they don't have shuttles to the airport before 6:00 AM which was necessary for our 7:00 AM international flight. Hence, an additional taxi charge. Expedia should include clear maps/directions to hotels that they list. It would have saved us a major inconvenience.

“Serves its purpose”

Very convenient to Linate airport, but shuttle doesn't run 24 hours. Rooms are reasonably spacious and are clean.
