Good for a business trip.

Pros: Location. Service.

Cons: Room layout. Wear and tear showing.

Location: Steps away from the Gallery and a stone's throw away from the Duomo. Close to almost everything. Perfect location.

Great location. Literally steps away from the Duomo. Service was efficient and very helpful. Room was unusual in design but comfortable. Bathroom is huge! Showing some wear and tear. Nothing really wrong with the hotel.. But, for the rates we were paying, I was just expecting more.

Pros: Staff are very helpful and the location is unbeatable

Location: One of the best for a Milan center weekend

Upon arrival the staff were very kind to upgrade one of our rooms to provide connectivity as we requested at no extra cost. The hotel bar is vey nice for an afternoon drink, pity their restaurant was under renovation The location is the best in Milan

Everything about the hotel is wonderful with the exception of the prices in the mini-bar, bar and restaurant. Stay away from those and you'll love the place.

An outstanding hotel. Everything about it was beautiful. Prefer it and it's setting to the Four Seasons. Room was great and the bath was jaw dropping.
