Good clean place with plentiful breakfast .A/C did not cool very well and it's controlled by the front desk., parking is very secure and free.

We stayed at the Poli hotel at the end of a 12 days trip across northern italy in december. Our whole trip was wonderful until we had to deal with the staff of PoliHotel. They are pretty much the worst client service I ever received from any hotel I stayed at in europe. Our room was prepaid. However, they, somehow, did not know and told us that we were wrong and that we had to pay (a second time) for the room. With a flight to catch early in the morning at MXP, we didn't have time to argue about the payment of our room and they would not let us leave if we didn't pay. It took them three months to reimburse us and I will spare the details of the conflict. Finally, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and about a 40 minute drive to MXP. Basically, if you want to save yourself a lot of trouble. Do not stay at the Poli hotel.

The rooms were clean, spaceous and the buffet breakfast wonderful. The best asset of this hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were conversant in several languages and were the best at helping navigate the surrounding towns as well as local train trips to various destinations.
