Hotel was close to central train station, the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in room and better selection on TV channels for the evening, but I would definately reccommend the hotel

The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was very quiet and we had plenty of room. Excellent location for using the train to visit other cities, only 30 minutes to Como and 1 hour to Lugano.

“Clean and great location”

The hotel is a bit old, however the rooms are clean and staff friendly and helpful. It is great location, just 2 min walk to the subway.

Close to Malpensa Express Bus terminal and Central Station and Metro. Hotel comfortable clean and inexpensive. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

“pretty good for the money”

the hotel itself was ok. room was large and air conditioned which turned out to be important as milan gets quite hot in summer. our only downer was the surprise of finding that the fashion capital of the world is actually a bit of lightweight as far as liveliness is concerned. we had a late flight and arrived at the hotel after midnight only to find that the only place to eat was mcdonalds. after a bit of searching we managed to get pizza and red wine on beunes aires (street)... which is closer to our idea of dining in italy. overall the location was good and staff were great. breakfast put us in good stead too. recommended!

Hotel was affordable for the city and located close to Milano Centrale but room furniture should be updated. Bathroom however was new and spotless. Staff was helpful with questions and breakfast had variety -

“Great Location”

Hotel is 25M from the Metro and 100M from the central train station. Breakfast was satisfactory and the 2nd room they showed us was very nice - the 1st one wasn't. Staff was very helpful. Biggest complaint would be the cost of the internet (but this is common in Italy).

“Very Big Disappointment!”

The heater for our room did not work, we complained, they moved us to a new room, and the heater there also did not work properly! Housekeeping took our heavyblanket from the bed the first day and did not bring it back! We complained to reception and they said as long as we were there it could not be brought back! The queen bed was not a real queen in our first room (it was 2 beds pushed together). This did change with our complaint when we got the second room. The staff were very rude and unfriendly and made us feel very unwelcome. They say they have internet for the guests of the hotel, but you cannot connect without paying for it! The exercise equipment stopped working, we told them about this, they said it would be fixed, but it never was! The room was not cleaned properly and we were rushed out of our room so they could clean. They said they would not clean with us in the room, which made us suspicious of what they may be doing. The housekeeping lady was also very rude to my fiancee when he said he needed 5 more minutes before we could leave the room. The only bright spot was the older man who waited on us at breakfast. Mr. Augnoo is the only positive aspect of the whole hotel! We had other complaints as well, but only so much room here to type them. I do not advise anyone to stay here! It ruined our whole trip!
