The hotel is on a busy road and there is noise from cars and especially motorcycles. The rooms are a bit dated. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel and staff were fine amd helpful. The hotel restaurant was very good. But theres no elevator And no kettle in the room

The front desk concierge was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable enough. And it was very close to the airport. If you’ve rented a car and have an early flight, be sure to carry enough euros to fill the tank, because there are no nearby gas stations that accept cards in the early early morning. The hotel made life convenient on our last night in Italy.

The hotel is wonderful! The restaurant downstairs serves excellent Italian cuisine! I would highly recommend to anyone traveling around Lombardy. Very close to the Train station and Milan Malpensa Airport. Plus the shuttle service is reliable and quick. Overall, a warm and friendly atmosphere at Hotel Sempione.

Staff was friendly and efficient and helpful in arranging airport shuttle for us. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Didn’t see the are too much as it was dark when we arrived and left.

Quick Overnight Near Airport
My family of 5 enjoyed a quick overnight near Malpensa Airport. Would stay again. Friendly staff, fantastic experience in restaurant for dinner, and nice breakfast choices. Also enjoyed a stroll through the backstreets behind the hotel towards the village church.

Airport shuttle service was really convenient. The bedding sheet was super clean and the staff was smart enough to change our room because we had two large bags to carry to go to the second floor without an elevator. Just small things gave us a comfortable trip. Thank you.

Nice inexpensive hotel close to airport, much less expensive than chain hotels. We arrived later than we told the hotel, and we needed a shuttle earlier than their usual 5am. They accommodated both of these efficiently and graciously.

Love this boutique hotel!
Excellent boutique hotel. Free shuttle to the airport is very appreciated. Great service and terrific restaurant. Highly recommend the aglio olio pasta; it is the best we’ve ever had; pizzas are very good, too.

Room was quite and clean. the staff were polite and helpful and the Restaurant served absolutely excellent food!!! the shuttle to the airport was great, highly recommended!! also they had an excellent breakfast in the morning before leaving for the airport.

Perfect & Lovely Airport Hotel
Sempione was just what I needed for an early morning flight out from MXP the next day. The restaurant was great with countless pizza options if you wanted, but I got some delicious tagliatelle. The shuttle was easy and flexible and the driver was incredibly kind. I did not have a fridge in my room. I was right next to the road but my sleep was not at all disturbed.

The restaurant food was great and very well-priced! The bathroom was a good size and clean. The room was nice and dark at night. I also liked the coffee machine in the breakfast area though it was a bit lacking in terms of a selection of food to choose from. Some of the food like the pancakes were cold as well. The beds could also use maybe another cover but maybe there was and I just didn't look. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Place is immaculate. Their restaurant was terrific and the service was great. They went out of their way to pick us up at the train station as the streets were too busy to walk and there were no sidewalks. All in all one of our most enjoyable stays.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. A lot of American hotels will throw a croissant at you and call it a day... breakfast at this place was simple, but delicious. Meat and cheese, all kinds of spreads, pastries, and a coffee machine that you want to use the bigger cups in because I don't think it measures right for the ittttty bitty ones! Funny skeleton key affair for the room I haven't seen in ages, but it was nostalgic. But all in all, a great, relaxing experience. 45-minute drive to Milan, even less to Como, 15 minutes to the airport. If you get all the roundabouts right the first time. :)

This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff, but has a couple of major downsides. The short walk from the train station borders suicide. The plain from the airport take off right over the hotel. Extremely noisy. There is nowhere to walk to in the area and no sidewalks. Restaurant is pretty good with delicious pizza. They don’t have a menu in English and we got an eye roll when we asked. Shuttle to the airport was great.

We were late to the hotel due to a missed flight. The hotel sent me a video of how to enter the hotel after hours and had our key waiting on the desk. Our room was very small, but sufficient for a 5 hour stay. There were no real amenities, and breakfast was sparce. They will shuttle you to and from the airport which is a huge plus!
