“Most convenient hotel in Milan - with service and style”

Have stayed here at least once a year for 10 years. It is the best place to stay coming in from or on one's way to MXP - especially before an early morning flight. It isn't prime luxury, but very comfortable, contemporary and clean.

Rooms were extremly small for the amount of money per night. Location not good for Milan Italy. For the value we should have stayed in a better location.

“Lovely hotel, lousy gym”

I travel an enormous amount, and there are 3 basic things I look for in a hotel to meet my mixed business and personal requirements: 1. location - this hotel has that, it is right next to the main train and metro station, not the prettiest area, but one of the most convenient for getting around. 2. High speed internet; I do a lot of my work online. They have it, but you pay by the hour or for 24 hours without the ability to log off, so you end up sleeping through most of your paid use. I really think that internet should be built into the cost of the room and should not be charged or limited. 3. A gym, I have to work out daily. The gym here was my biggest dissapointment. I dont mind small and minimal, its an expectation in a hotel, but a very basic minimum is a jogging machine and this fitness centre didn't have one, that was very dissapointing, this is the most basic of all equipment in a gym, next to dumb bells. I strongly suggust they get rid of the huge TV sitting on the floor and even the stairmaster, and get a conveyor belt jogging machine! Additionally a gym should never be carpeted!

Area recommendations

Brera is pretty, as is the Navigli market area, both are easy to get around from and relatively central.

“Good hotel...”

It is not a romantic hotel but perfect for business and if you plan to be out most of the times. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Internet cost 11 Euros for 24 hours. 2 minute walk to the main train station in center of Milan. Room size was ok compare to another one that I stayed in.

Area recommendations

Even though this was a good hotel I recommend staying at the hotels out size the city. I stayed in one of them for four nights. Bigger and nicer rooms and service. Getting to Milan was easy for 2 Euros with train. And trains are everywhere. Hotels cost almost half!

“Perfect Location”

I travelled with my aged parents. The hotel is located just opposite the Malpensa Shuttle bus station and Centrale railway station. Caiazzo station on the Underground Line 2 (Green) is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and less crowded than Centrale station. The front desk staff speak good English and was very helpfull. A great location from where to explore Milan.

Must see

The Last Supper is a must-see. Just remeber to book tickets through the internet before hand. They only allow 25 persons in every 15 minutes. It is about impossible to get tickets in Milan if you are not part of an organized tour.
