“unclean very narrow room”
room is very narrow, carpet & hotel is unclean , very old furniture, bed is uncomfortable & very small, no much choices in the breakfast ,lobby is too small location was good near to the central station
“good for the money”
It is my second 1-night stay in this hotel. Although I didn't particularly like it when I stayed there 2 years ago, I chose it again because it was cheap and only 10 min walk to the Milano Centrale train station. I was pleasantly surprised on my second visit, as it seems that the hotel was significantly rehabbed. Still, it is not a 4-star hotel (despite its stated designation as such). The rooms are small and it lacks the amenities of a 4-star hotel. It is a very good 3-star hotel, however, and it is very inexpensive and conveniently located. The neighborhood itself is not great, but seems safe.
“Great hotel!!”
Would stay here anytime, awesome place!!!
“Good hotel if you have an early flight”
My cousin and I booked the hotel for a night because we had spent a week in Florence and we were coming to Milan only to sleep since out flights were leaving early the next day. We got to the hotel and had an easy check-in. The room was clean, but the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. They were on wheels so if you sat up and leaned against the wall the bed started to move forward. However, we knew we were only going to be there for a night so it was fine. After we dropped out stuff off we went to the front desk to ask about shuttles from the Central train station to the airports (I was going to linate, she was going to Malapensa). The man at the front desk had no knowledge of any shuttles (that I knew existed) and said the only way to get to the airports early in the morning was by cab. Knowing that this wan't true I went to the train station and YES it is possible to leave very early in the morning (5:30am for Linate and even earlier for Malpensa) on a bus for only a few euro. Because of this the location was ideal for a quick overnight stay.
“This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised!”
I chose this hotel because it was near the train station and was a 4 star hotel. Well, it is near the train station but it definitely is not a 4 star hotel. First, the room was closet size, the carpet was dirty and there was no guest information at all on how to use the telephone, connect to the wifi (which was very slow and unreliable), how much items cost in the mini-bar, etc. The view was of the side wall of the building. The only plus was the bathroom which was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Also, while the hotel was near the station, it is on the side that lacks many restaurants. This hotel is more comparable to a 2 star and not a good 2 star. I will not be back.
“Very impressed”
I loved the neighborhood. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very easy with the train station a few blocks away. Room was comfortable and well taken care of. Felt like I got a four star hotel for a two star price.
“TERRIBLE - 4 Star ? Maybe 25 Years Ago ! Stay Away”
I am shocked that this could be considered a 4 star hotel ... NO and I mean NO help what so ever with someone even offering to help you up to your room (and I needed help! !) Front desk man looked like he needed a vacation and was SO unhappy to be there - he was tired - bored and over worked - 1 person !!! The lobby was small - dingy and needed a major renovation - but sadly wait till you get to the room ... The carpet was dirty - I didnt even take off my shoes - the carpet in the hall ways were stained - the bathroom WAS renovated and VERY nice - BUT unless you intend to sleep in the bathtub STAY AWAY and book a hotel on the OTHER SIDE of the train station - this area WAS SEEDY - the other side is where there are more tourists and most certainly you would feel safer - the only redeeming factor in the area of this side of the train station was that there were many restaurants which were frequesnted by locals at very good prices - the other side where ALL the better 4 star hotels are located have more tourist oriented priced menus - but its a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE - stayed in MANY other hotels in Milan that were 4 stars and this was BY FAR THE WORST in ever possible way ... TRUST ME and save your self a depressing holiday - find another hotel !
“A quick night”
The hotel is in a neighborhood that will make you wonder if you're safe but after walking around you see young and old on the street and nobody loitering so we began to feel at ease. The bathroom wasn't real clean but the room was OK. Internet was free. Not a place I would stay on vacation but for one night waiting for a flight in the morning, it was fine. Walking distance from the train station. Friendly staff
“Hot water”
The Terminal Hotel is a short three blocks from the central station and located near all major taxi. bus, tram, metro lines and sightseeing tours. The room was clean and the water pressure and hot water was the best I've had in Italy. AC kept the room pleasant but not cold. The neighborhood was a little run down, but there was a grocery store, gelateria, tobacco shop close by and local families were on the street in the evenings so I felt safe. The hotel did not have Wi-Fi but did have internet access in the rooms if you bring your own ethernet cable.
“Good for couples.”
Clean, beautiful rooms, even if a little small. Very enjoyable stay.
