The 13 meeting rooms arranged over three floors offer ample opportunities for gatherings of all size. The largest room accommodates 400 people in theater style. Combined with the bar and restaurant areas, which can also be hired for private functions, this large hotel suits gatherings for pleasure or business. The hotel gym has ten different exercise machines, including running machines and weights.
Rooms
This hotel has 228 guestrooms, all of which feature the Westin's Heavenly Bed, with its firm mattress, assortment of pillows, and fine bed linen. All rooms have their own small entrance hall. Some rooms feature original engravings, others have 19th-century-style fabric paneled walls with antique effect mirrors. Bathrooms are marble with thick toweling bathrobes.

Breakfast Room - The carpeted first floor breakfast room has faux Roman columns and an outside terrace under arches of trimmed hedges. Buffet and a la carte breakfasts are served here.
Casanova Restaurant - The long, narrow ground floor restaurant has pale yellow walls and round tables. Dining chairs have carved backs in 'lute' designs. The far end of the restaurant can be hired for private functions and features wood paneling, a fireplace, and books in niches. The à la carte menu changes frequently. There is also a weekly gastronomic menu, featuring seasonal specialties such as carpaccio of beef with white truffle. Thursdays are seafood night. The baby grand piano is often played in the evenings. Serves lunch and dinner.
Lounge Bar - Beneath a large chandelier, a central fountain with changing seasonal flower arrangements decorates the carpeted lounge bar with its antique effect walls and faux-Roman columns. A marble-topped bar is lined with green leather bar stools. Empire style chairs and red upholstered sofas provide comfortable seating where businesspeople unwind with a drink or enjoy a quick buffet lunch of roasted vegetables, pasta, or pizza. A smaller bar area can be hired for private functions.

“The Westin Palance - Milan”
Everything was great as we stayed their for five days, although be aware of the high prices if you decide to eat there. For example, the breakfast buffet was 28 Euros ($40 USD) and a cappuccino was 4 Euros. The concierge recommend a few good restaurants, but do your homework before you go using other sources. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel!

I loved the hotel, the staff were lovely, the room was really nice, the location was very handy for everything, being a 10 minute walk to the Train station, the tube station makes traveling around Milan really easy.

“Very nice”
This hotel was very nice, modern and extremely clean. They upgraded us to a "Grand Deluxe Room", which was a pleasant surprise. The concierge was very helpful for recommending/booking restaurants, etc. Overall very pleased and would definately be returning there.

The Westin Palace, Milan is a beautiful property with amazing service. The staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are quite lovely.

“The Royal Treatment”
We were only staying in Milan one evening for the opera and the hotel staff could not have been more fabulous. Since there was a major convention in Milan, rooms were quite hard to come by. We had three people and could only get one room. The staff made certain we had a room large enough to accommodate all three of us. They even sent cookies and chocolates up to the room! We had a lite dinner in the lounge that was delicious. The hotel is perfect for business travel and also allows for easy access to the streetcar and other public transportation. It is an easy walk to shopping and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I return to Milan.
“Luxury and professional service”
Will definitely go back. Spectacular luxury at a great price from Expedia. On Piazza della Repubblica with easy metro/tram access to Centrale station, via Montenapoleone shopping, and Duomo/Galleria/la Scala area. Modern baths, luxurious comfort in rooms, quality ornate furnishings, convenient location, professional service: equals or exceeds the other, terribly expensive, 5-star hotels in town that I've stayed in.
