Very central boutique hotelPosted Mar 19, 2014
Pros: As above
Cons: As above
Location: Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele,La Scala just round the corner.Try the local backstreets for good value coffee and brioches.
Only a stone`s throw from the Duomo you are literally in the centre of the historic old city. The hotel has a very small facade and reception but the rooms are an adequate size. The staff are warm and friendly without the obsequiousness you can get from a big `name` hotel. There is no restaurant but since you are on the doorstep of wonderful coffee houses for breakfast and good value restaurants for dinner that doesn`t matter. We did, however, order the room service breakfast which was mammoth and had all sorts of goodies on it for a very reasonable price. One minor note is that some rooms are on the road and,if you are a light sleeper, the early morning trams might wake you although it is double-glazed. The staff see it as their job to be helpful and took a lot of time helping to check in for the airport and had good advice for local services such as transport, reataurants and sightseeing. So much better than the jobsworths you can sometimes get.The room was not massive, but then you`re not likely to be staying in it a lot.One minor issue was that there didn`t seem to be an English speaking channel on the telly for news and sport (if you want it).Good value for the price and very welcoming.

White hotel close to all the sights but sad viewPosted Mar 16, 2014
Cons: Not sure
Location: Perfect location
Staff rather nice, hotel v. convenient but a miserable view and the bedroom in darkness all day due to outlook. No-one knew how to operate the shower............not bad for the money but given it is italy rather a disappointment.

Une Maison in Milano-February 17th 2014Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: The room was appropriate, with a nice bathroom and quiet location. The pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: The reception was not very big, as many boutiques hotel. However, this fact makes the staff very attentive and the atmosphere very intimate.
Location: Perfect location near the Duomo. There is the Vittorio Emmanuelle Gallerie, La Scala, via Montenapoleone, via Spiga, and the Castello Sforzesco.
We were very impressed about the hotel staff. We were extremely pleased with the restaurants recommendations, which were attended by locals.

Convinient locationPosted Nov 16, 2013
Pros: Proximity to main tourist attractions
I only stay a couple of nights. The location was excellent and close to major tourists events and shopping areas. The only recommendation is if they could put a larger sign to find the hotel and thicker bathroom windows' curtains, they are too transparent.

Pros: The location was close to the trams and the metro
Location: The Duomo is spectacular and there are museums nearby. Also, the trams run everywhere
Just around the corner from the Duomo which is an extremely busy area; however, the windows were sound proof so no noise filtered into the room, even though our room faced the street. The room was ready when we arrived, even though we were early. The staff were helpful and made all of our dinner reservations for us prior to our arrival.
