Lovely apartment. Large bedroom and lounge area. Kitchen area was slightly cramped but had all the facilities for a short stay. The door was sticking open but this was due to a new rubber seal at the bottom of the door which had only been installed the day before. Staff said they would get it adjusted. Staff came to service the apartment on Sunday morning and were very friendly and helpful.

This accommodation was perfect. Our third hotel on a round trip to the ACT. Blew the others away. Despite no reception it was really good and easy to access. Pleasure to have non slip bathroom floors.

We liked Indulge Apartments because they were away from city noise, it was safe and security was well maintained. The apartments were well maintained and were serviced everyday by a lovely dedicated cleaners who would almost anything to help. I would thoroughly recommend these apartment if they were stopping Mildura.

The room that I stayed in had: - dust on shelves and exhaust vent (bathroom) - there was hair all through the bed - dishes/utensils were dirty - hair and urine marks in shower - lounge room light was flashing (one of the guest are epileptic so the light was unable to be used) For the amount that was paid and how seriously this accommodation take their bond, I’m quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

We always appreciate feedback, so we are able to provide our guests the best standard of accommodation and a relaxing and enjoyable stay. In this instance we do feel that the review does not reflect the accommodation provided, that as the issues stated are far from accurate. So we will just leave it at that.

Not impressed with this so called apartment , just a hotel room , It is located in a hospital complex of consulting and research rooms , I got to many requests wanting my details because it has no one on site , only codes for access , They also took $300 dollar security bond 2 days before arrival , Maximum I have ever been charged was $100 , not a great experience

Hi Terry, Sorry our accommodation didn't meet your personal standards. You had booked the most cost effective option, the Studio Suite, which we do advertise as "hotel room" style accommodation, the next level up is the one bedroom apartment, which is substantially larger, with an additional kitchen and living room, which sounds like it would be what you are after. In regards to the security deposit bond, unfortunately even the 300 authorisation does not cover damage and theft that can be done and has been done, great thing is if you look after the property and treat it with respect you have nothing to worry about, the authorisation is cancelled on departure. The other great thing about Indulge Apartments is we have six property locations in Mildura and 35 apartments to chose from. Thanks again for staying, we do hope to be able to provide you with a more suitable option on your next visit to Mildura..

It was different. Being in an apartment within a hospital meant further to walk with luggage and time consuming. Bed was very comfortable, and accommodation felt very secure.

The property was a bit of a surprise really. It is in the same building as a local hospital clinic. That does seem to make a difference to your stay as the rooms are separate and we’ll appointed.

ID Theft is a major issue these days. The managers (Indulge) demanded a copy of my ID documents sent by internet to them. The link given on their website to their privacy policy would not work on any browser I tried. So I have no idea what they do with it.

The property is a far way from the central part of town but right next to the hospital. I was disappointed to be charged $3.50 for hand sanitizer in our current environment.

The process for your apartments meet the needs of someone who has undertaken a time and motion study and utterly forgets that your customers are human.

We're sorry our self check in process didn't suit your needs, for most of our guests, they absolutely love it. But the awesome thing about our business, if you need that personal contact, reception is available 24 hours a day and staff can meet guests onsite if required. Have a great day Andrew!

It was a lovely relaxing location, but the perfume in the corridor to the rooms was sickly and overwhelming even my husband found it way too strong

Great location. The room was spotless and the Nespresso machine was a bonus. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that the door to the bathroom was just a shower screen. I didn't reach all the way to the roof and there was no latch. So it offered very little privacy. Also, the cleaner out the front at 5:45am, scraping his plastic brush and pan along the concrete was not the ideal way to wake up on a Saturday morning. But these are small things and overall our stay was great. Would stay here again.
