Must stop in Miles City

Pros: Very friendly staff. Very nice place.
Cons: nothing
Location: Easy to find. Freeway close, but not too close. Very quiet.
Had to drive on because Billings was booked. Glad we did. Booked on my smart phone through Expedia. Called to verify, they already had my reservation in the computer- super fast!! Told them I would be a late check in- no problems. When I arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly. They really put forth the extra effort. rooms were very nice. bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Way more than I expected.

Nice hotel for anyone

Cons: Parking availability
Expericence was good. We were in the lower level on the north side, and it seemed generally quiet for a close parking lot location. Somewhat noisy in the morning as early rising travelers prepared to leave the parking lot. Also, when we returned to our room for the night, there were no spots remaining in the hotel parking lot. We had to park on a side street. Hotel parking loat does not accommodate the number of guests and rooms when full, but there is not much that can be doen as the facility is land locked.

Nice hotel

Cons: broken air conditioner
Location: lots of casinos nearby if that's what you're looking for!
Stayed here while traveling across the country because they allowed pets. We had a nice room, but the air conditioning wasn't working properly. You could set the temperature, and it would cool down a little, and then after awhile it started to get warm in the room again. No matter how low we put it, it would still heat back up to 75ish degrees and humid which was really uncomfortable to sleep in. They also recommended the place across the street to eat dinner, which I'm not sure is a good recommendation. Not the hotel's fault, but it was not great food. Overall, the hotel was a little bit dated, but nice enough for a one night stay! Other than the air conditioner I don't have much to complain about! Oh! and the staff was very friendly! We were up at 4am to check out and get on the road, and the guy made fresh coffee for us to take with us for our drive.

Middle of the road hotel

Posted Feb 13, 2012
Pros: They had a room availble. Close to the function that we were there for.
Cons: Older building with all rooms opening to outdoors, which is a safety issue in todays world. Easy access for theives. Degrades the property to a motel.
Location: Easy access off the freeway and near plenty of eating establisments, from Subway, Wendys, McDonalds to sit down restaurants. Near several gas stations
For the same price per room, there are better hotels nearby that are much newer and with much better upkeep. The overall cleaniness of the hotel is probably as good as can be kept on a day by day basis. The Structure itself is getting old and nearing major rennovations to be able to compete with the same pricing of newer hotels in the area. If you are traveling through Miles City w/ your family or on business with a tighter buget, this would be a property that should be in the ball park of those people on that buget. They are not. They should be charging at least a third less on their rooms than what they are. For very close to their current pricing you can go up the street a few blocks and get a room in a few other properties that are much newer and cleaner. They do offer a complimentary breakfast. but need work on that as well if they are going to offer it. If you are offering bacon and sausages, you have to do much better. Get them out of the grease at the serving station. My thought is to not put it out there if you are not going to do it right.

Miles City Stay

Posted Nov 18, 2009
I stayed at the motel for 2 nights. Dealing with the front desk was a dream - wonderfully helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was amazing considering the space - they even fed our 40+ member band and had plenty for the rest of us. My king size room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. I would stay there again in a flash!
