Decent hotel.Posted Feb 13, 2015
Everything was great except checking in. A lady named Dixie was on shift and she was extremely rude right off the bat. Hassled me about my reservation being messed up, then about my payment method, then about having my 4 small children( ages 4,6,7,9) stay in the same room as me. Never have I had that problem before. She said it was against policy to have that many people in one room and made it clear she thought poorly of me letting them in sleeping bags on the floor (which they love to do) and insisted I get a room with 2 beds (less floor space than a room with one king and then you have to figure out which 2 will sleep in the bed). Then when my husband comes in to see what's taking so long she makes me out to be the bad guy to him. She was very rude and very unprofessional. I've been in the customer service business my whole life and if she were my employee, well she wouldn't be. I won't stay at this hotel again because of this bad experience.

Thought it was a brand new hotelPosted Sep 26, 2011 on Hotels
I had to ask at the front desk if this motel was brand new it was in such great condition. Find out it is 15 years old. The owners have kept it in tip-top shape We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. The ladies at the front desk couldn't have been nicer and more helpful

Holiday Inn Express-Miles City, MontanaPosted Aug 29, 2011 on Hotels
Overall very satisfied. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room was close to the exit door which was nice because my husband and I are smokers. The only thing I didn't like was ALL the grasshoppers around and on the outside of the building. I would think the city could have sprayed.

Awesome Stay!Posted Aug 24, 2011
When we stayed at this Holiday Inn Express the staff checked us in very quickly so that we could get some sleep to continue our travels the next day. The continental breakfast here is one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever eaten. On my way home I will use this hotel again!

Holiday Inn Express- Miles City Great BreakfastPosted Aug 18, 2011 on Hotels
As many hotels are offering free breakfasts to lure customers, the Holiday InnExpress in Miles City has one of the best. Piping hot cinnamon rolls and home made eggs. Don't worry if you are a late sleeper- they had everything still available at 9:30.

Nice option when passing through Miles CityPosted Aug 8, 2011 on Hotels
We checked in late at night and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was very good in the morning and everything in the room was nice. The TV was fuzzy for some reason, but we didn't have much time to watch it, so that was not a big issue.

Holiday Inn Express - Miles City, MontanaPosted Jul 29, 2011 on Hotels
This hotel was great! The rooms were super-clean and very quiet. I didn't hear any noise at all from outside our room. The hotel is located across the Interstate, away from the main business traffic area, which probably contributed to the quiet atmosphere - no trucks or other traffic driving by the hotel. We had plenty of towels and supplies and the staff was superb! I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Miles City area.
