For what we paid we were entirely happy with this hotel for one night. Yes it looks like a big box but we weren't looking for a resort. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room, including bathroom, was clean and comfy. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. FYI-our room didn't have a closet if that is something you care about. It did have an armoire.

We found the rooms to be a little musty smelling, not really fresh. Where we did not spend a lot of time in the room, just mainly for sleeping, it didn't affect us too much. One day we had to request towels as our room had not been cleaned.

The room was very clean. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The value for the cost was outstanding.

The bed and pillows were nh car the BEST that I've ever slept on for being a hotel. The toilet was a little wobbly but other than that, I will definitely stay here again.

Not good, not bad. Less expensive option for Boston area. Staff tried hard to please.

I came to the area to visit my girlfriend which I met online, we stayed at this hotel for a very memorable experience. The room was nice, but could of had a slightly fresher smell (wasn't anything negative, just felt so plain), the breakfast was better than I expected from the images displayed by managers on their yelp page, it pleased me very much. The seats were nice and it felt closer to a 3 - 3.5 star hotel than a 2. Room service was very nice, the Spanish ladies seem to have a little trouble with English but they tried their best and I speak Spanish fluently anyways. The toilet in my original room ended up overflowing, I understand that these things happen and the manager immediately relocated me to another room. Me and my girlfriend had a good laugh about it though, but I did fear the next room would also face issues (it didn't). Now for my one and only problem, the bathtub in both rooms had minor staining but it still bothered me. Aside from this everything else was better than expected for a 2 star hotel.
