Very accommodating

Unexpected trip due to a funeral. Staff couldn't have been nicer. We asked for early check in and they said since they could, absolutely. They were very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay there again

Cons: The room was very small with a king size bed. When the closet door was open it touched the bed making it difficult to move in the room.
Location: Great location near major interstate highways with easy access on and off.
We were returning to the area for a class reunion and choose the hotel because of Marriott name and the location. A great choice that met our needs.

Cozy

The room wa clean. Bed and couch in the room were very comfortable. The room was a bit small, but it served it's purpose.

Housekeeping issues...

The hotel overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient to metro-Boston. The cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. The shower curtain was visibly mildewed and the bathroom floor was full of hair from previous guests. There were also fingernail clippings on the floor beside the bed. I hate to give such a harsh review but for $200/night it just wasn't up to par.

Pros: Friendliness of staff, room cleanliness
Cons: Cleanliness of hallways
Very friendly staff at front desk and bistro. Rooms and hallways needed vacuuming, no towels at the pool. Downfall is not within walking distance of restaurants as hotel located on a major, busy roadway.

very spacious King bed room, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. very pleased overall with the stay, and intend to stay again as we visit that part of the state at least once a year
