drive way back to Inn needs new signs large to read @ a very congested intersection entry with many businesses hard to find in darkness. Dutchie setup & maintained bfst bar, items hot & not dried out.Eggs esp formed scrambled with cheese center.Yogurt ,warm cinnamon rolls great.Not seen in other motels we stayed.

Bathroom wasnt working toliet didnt flush and sink wouldn't drain water all over Bathroom floor... staff was kind said only room available was a king bed I was with my 2 kids or room without heat.

When staying at any hotel it comes down to the little things. This hotel is beginning to show it's age. The drywall tape seams are beginning to bubble up; especially in the bathroom. There are chips in the trim paint, small marks on the wall, the night stand on my side of the bed was sticky, and so on. The comforter was clean but beginning to show the wear. They provide two pillows per queen bed and the pillows are very poor - worn out and mash up into nothing, Also, the coffee needs to be tended to. They only leave one type of coffee available during the non-breakfast hours, and for some reason they unplug the machine - so the coffee is made but can be cold. Also, I went down for a cup after dinner and the person behind the counter followed me to the coffee station and observed me? Very odd. Overall, my wife and I have decided we will not stay there again.

Staff is just amazing here. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Three people in line when I checked in and everybody wanted a room on a different floor. They met everyone’s expectation. Hotel was but the staff made it exceptional.

Not a bad place, but the room had a bit of a musty odor. Additionally the room was dark. You had to go althey way to the other side of the room to turn on all lights. A bit of a pain. The breakfast was outstanding. Good food, clean, friendly staff.

When trying to figure out what issue you had when staying with us I found that you did not stay with us at all. Your reservation was a no show reservation. We also never charged you as you booked directly though a third party who charged you. I hope you may consider staying with us in the future.

Great stay!
We were in town for business and to enjoy a Reds game. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and oh-so comfortable; stocked with plenty of coffee and toiletries. I’d LOVE to know what brand comforter was in our room because it was heavenly! The hotel breakfast was wonderful, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten. The pool and gym were both very clean and well maintained, as well as the lobby, dining room, and other common areas. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. 10/10!

Nice property , perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants and driving distance of local shopping. Amenities are real nice too, great breakfast bar, as well as clean rooms. Maybe the mattresses and pillows need to be updated. But outside of that, a great hotel!

Hotel is old, not worth what we paid, shower was gross, bed was hard, tv small. The room we had had cracks on every part of the ceiling. And the shower was nasty with a disgusting mat in the bottom that I didn't want to put my feet on. I don't know how I could have paid $200 for one night.

I liked the cleanliness, the room amenities and the ability to set my room's temperature. I did not like the how the staff was not readily available to help myself or the other patrons (there was a line of people waiting) to check out the following morning. Other staff members said it wasn't their day to be at the desk and they went about their business until the front desk staff member arrived.

This was a nice place to stay! However the free breakfast was pretty disappointing. The biscuits were raw in the middle and there weren’t a lot of other options. I would stay here again but just not rely on eating the free breakfast.

I thought the staff were super nice and accommodating. My room was very quiet. My main complaint relates to the intense smell of stale cigarettes in my room. It was nonsmoking room but the smell suggested it was either a recent conversion without proper cleaning or someone had broken the rules by chain smoking. I’m sure the staff would have changed rooms for me but I was too tired to ask.
