“I would most definately return.”

I really enjoyed my corner suite and my kids had a great time. The basketball court was an awesome bonus for my kids. I have no complaints about any part of my stay.

“Great place to stay.”

I was there for a wrestling tournament. It was very comfortable and not far from where the tournament was held. It was beautiful and the shower had so much water pressure. I will go back next year.

This is a great hotel to stay in and I would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very large and come with a kitchen complete with burners and a frig and sink. The bathroom was awesome because the shower is huge and clean and fun. The shower head spits out tons of water but the water is SUPER SOFT so it is almost impossible to get the soap off of your body if you use any. I used my loofa which i brought with me and it usually does a good job scratching off just about everything but the water was so soft it was almost impossible to feel like i got all the soap off. The breakfast is wonderful and there are waffles eggs and other hot breakfast items along with cereals and baked goods. It was a very nice breakfast. The oatmeal was not so good though. I stuck with the eggs and the make your own waffle station.

“Nice but understaffed”

The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped and the staff very pleasant. However, the hotel was understaffed and the breakfast was quite poor. Also, the sheets on the bed were never ironed but taken straight out of the drier. overall, medium quality on everything.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. It was a suite with a kitchenette & it had a home atmosphere that was both welcoming & comfortable. The suite was clean, spacious & quite lovely & had all the amenities. The breakfast room was exceptional in terms of the decor, the service & the food. It was beatifully decorated & even had lovely dishes. It was extremely well kept in terms of cleanliness, attention to detail, picking up the tables & replenishing items. Every hotel personnel I dealt with was extremely courteous, friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

“Frustrating”

As a family of 5, we have to have a rollaway. I called the hotel directly after the reservation was made and they assured me there was a note on our file and a bed was reserved for us and would be in our room when we arrived. I called again a few days before our trip, and was again assured of the same thing. As you can guess, we arrived to find our room without a bed. Our first night there, our children spent the night with their grandparents. Because we didn't need the bed the first night, I didn't call until the next day. "Oh yes, I see it in your file. We'll get a bed to you room today." We were gone all day visiting family and when we got back to our room at midnight, no bed. I went round and round with the night manager before, hoping he could come up with a solution, I finally asked if he could bring me some extra blankets to make a bed on the floor. Gone again the next day and got back to our room at 7pm. Finally had a bed, but housekeeping had not made up the room. Had to call my friend the night manager again. TWO MORE DAYS I had to call in the evening to ask for clean towels, because they had not made up our room! The hotel is only a few years old and has been well kept. For my family, the location was a perfect central location for visiting with friends and family. This hotel would have been my first choice for a return visit, if our experience had not been so bad.

“Best Hotel I've been to.”

My family took a trip to Cincinatti to see a concert and the hotel was great. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to our venue so it was a good choice. Also there is a Walmart right behind the hotel. It was a fantastic room and I want to stay at this hotel again when I visit.
