Do not recommend this place for the general public. The smell (mix of cleaning products and smoke) was so overwhelming that it felt like we couldn’t breathe. The noise from others staying there was also way too loud. Our room was pretty run-down and outdated, and didn’t seem like it was cleaned all that well. The tipping point for us was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. Luckily the staff there promised to give us a refund. We could not even stay one night there, and left that first night for a nearby hotel.

Not bad
Room was clean. Didn't know they had lower level rooms, but luckily there was a side door to go out so i didn't have to go up and down the stairs. No elevator so it worked out. Staff was pleasant and housekeeping was extremely helpful. Only issue was the noise overhead. Sounded like they were dragging and dropping things on the floor.

**** WORST HOTEL STAY EVER ****
Not only is this hotel dumpy, we could hear stomping and thumping ALL NIGHT LONG from room above us. At 1 am we called manager to have something done. He came to the room to 'listen for himself' then went up to speak to occupants. The next day, early again, banging continued. Apparently there was a family with 5 children, and the manager had been trying to reach them for 3 days. Why put 7 people in one room, and on the TOP FLOOR so people below have to hear that? I spoke to other people on my floor and they said they could hear it too.We left first thing in the morning and found a red roof inn a few miles away and it was so much better. Their continental breakfast didn't even have juice for kids, coffee only. Luckily there was a dunkin donuts next door. Parking lot is super suspicious, no benches or bbq or grassy area like in the pictures. manager unhelpful, kept dodging my calls once i returned home, until i got Hotels.com involved. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. Go to the Red Roof instead. This was such a terrible stay, and really put everyone in a bad mood until we got to a better hotel. I can't say enough warnings about this place. One positive - one of the maids/ staff did get some orange juice for my kids, and was very apologetic for the noise and lack of sleep. The manager couldn't care less. Then he offered me a king size bed. How is that going to help unless we are not anywhere near that family of 7+ people? No thanks. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Honestly, this is the only hotel I will stay in. Always clean, staff is friendly, and they accommodate you in every way they can. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Here you get what you paid for, its cheap for a reason. The room smelled horrible once I got there and I could not air it out enough. There were stains on the sheets and towels. The walls had holes and the floor was stained. My tv didnt work and when I tried to heat the room the air conditioner blew out a thick cloud of smoke that made the room smell even worse. As a single female traveler I did not feel super safe in the area. However the staff was nice and they did have a dunkin donut next door.

I wasn’t pleased at all with the stay. Upon arrival, the staff member I dealt with was nice and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. Once we (my kids and I) entered our room, I immediately smelled something off. It smelled bad. Yes, I picked a “non smoking” room. I went to use the restroom and noticed a bunch of loose short hair all over the toilet. Thankfully, I had my own disinfecting wipes because I had to wipe down everything once I saw all the hair left behind. I’m pretty sure the room wasn’t cleaned. There was water/juice bottles under the bed and couch. The carpet felt extremely dirty. My feet felt disgusting after taking a few steps around. My kids and I left with a ton of little itchy red marks all over our bodies. I’m assuming it was bedbug bites. The only positive part of this experience was the area, staff, and breakfast. Other than that, I would never stay here again.
