Room was not cleaned that well. Shower leaking water out. Issue with shower causing damage to wall and floor. Took shower and water flooded the whole bathroom.

No clock, bathroom was poorly arranged,we woke up with backaches. The staff was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Carpet had stain that looked like vomit. Very dark hallways and room was dark. If you open the shades you’re looking into someone else’s room

We were there for a comedy show, the hotel was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and I liked that it was clean in and around the hotel. I also liked the fact that they offered one free drink from the bar. I don't remember the bartender's name but she was also nice and made some great Margaritas. My only complaint is that our room did not come with a microwave, we had to go all the way to the 5th floor for a microwave only to find there wasn't one there. also, there was one staff member who was a little rude when I asked her about the microwave and also when we couldn't get into the room where the microwave was supposed to be.Besides that, this was a great place to stay

The front staff was awesome. We stayed here because we were going to the Bucks game. It was great to just walk across the street and be there. We walked along the river to go to dinner. The only thing I wish they had was a fan in the bathroom. I will stay here again.

Nothing that the website claims is included actually is. I bought two breakfast vouchers after realizing they weren't included, and the vouchers ended up being more expensive than the actual breakfast items would have been. Parking also wasn't included, and they were charging $20 extra per day due to being short staffed. My bathroom door (barn style, on rollers) was off the rollers, sitting on the floor, wedged between the wall and bathroom counter. There was 1 extremely dim light in the shower/toilet area of the bathroom, I think to hide the fact that the wallpaper was peeling. I almost forget, the tiling they used as trim also looked like it had been done by either a blind person, someone who clearly didn't care about lines, or actually wasn't a tiler at all. Worst money I've ever spent on a hotel.

A lot of things in the room were broken - tv, ac unit, lights above bed, sliding door to the bathroom. Valet parking is the only option which is expensive and terribly inconvenient. Will be staying somewhere different next time.

The atmosphere was great. Our room was spacious with a huge bathroom/shower area. One thing that would make it better is bigger fridges in the room. We already booked another room for an upcoming event!

Great modern feel to this hotel! Great common space for playing billiards, board games, lounging by a fire or at the bar in the front lobby! Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. However our shower leaked under the door to make our bathroom floor flooded so we needed towels to dry it. The manager did offer and give free breakfast and drink vouchers for our trouble and to upgrade our room of we chose. Beds and pillows very comfortable. A great stay!

The employees aren’t nice. I ended up getting sick and puked on the blanket and they took my deposit and charged my card even more money. I’m very disappointed. It doesn’t cost that much to wash bedding. I won’t ever come back here.

Hello,I have reviewed your folio from departure, and the only charges were for valet parking, which came out of the 200 deposit. The rest of the deposit was returned to your card. A final folio was sent to you showing that charge. If your credit card statement shows something different, you would need to dispute that charge with your bank.

Our room was filthy with dust and cobwebs. The bathroom sink had finger nail clippings in it. When we returned after a show three staff members were in the parking lot vaping marijuana. The staff was not really helpful.

Becky was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. She remembered my name and addressed me with a beautiful smile at each passing. She accommodated my needs and preferences as well. I will recommend having soap racks in the shower and not to store the shower mat inside the shower.

Service and cleanliness were really good but walls are paper-thin and noise from above, next room, hallway and outside were all an issue. Tough to sleep until all were in bed around us. Otherwise a very nice hotel
