Rooms are small and building is in need of a remodel. Could have been cleaner. It was cheap and this is probably why.

Pros: Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Room improvements and upkeep
The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable but the hotel is older and could use some updating. This was especially noticable in the bathroom. Seat was loose on the toilet, caulk was missing in the shower. We were in town for an event and didn't spend much time in the room so it was a great value for a comfortable place to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very nice.

Poor service and equipment

The hotel manager was very rude to anyone with children. If the children were just talking in the hall, she would tell them that if they were not quiet they would have to leave! The keys never worked the first time. If you are lucky it may open the door after 5 tries. Had the keys replaced several times, and same thing with each set. The breakfast was frequently nonexistent! The front desk staff were reluctant or slow to refill the items. The location was convenient to most everything we needed.
