Nice hotel - Older but very clean and well run

Pros: Price kept clean and well run
Cons: Empty the outdoor ashtrays
Location: Central for business work in Sturtevant
Stay here for business - older hotel but handy for travel to customer site and kept clean and well run

Pros: Staff, Room, Clean
Other than Expedia not providing my Reward Program to the hotel I cannot say enough about the hotel, staff and overall experience. Prompt check in, nice room, warm in the coldest days, clean and well run!!!!

Booked with the Expedia app, this was the best part of it. Arrived at the hotel and they were having problems with the system because they were rearranging rooms on the first floor to accommodate other guests. Older hotel, in a very good location. Asked the lady at the front desk where to take a Swiss visitor to get a steak, she pick the place 10 miles away. The second night we went to the summit right across the street and it was $100 steak quality, but not price, very much worth it. General consensus of other visitors in the hotel it was extremely loud. in room air conditioning did not work.

When I first checked the person at the front desk was rather rude and after driving for 5 hours he told me that I would have to wait until 3 p.m. to check in but then told me he would look to see if there was an available room. He found one for me. Just as I was going to fall asleep he called my room and told me that I had better not be smoking in that room I told him I was trying to sleep and invited him down to check it out for himself. He said well someone is smoking down there. I told him to come down and see for himself and to not harass their customers and hung up the phone. Other than that the room and the shape of the hotel are fantastic.

my gf and I stayed here more for the price then anything else with it being abusy weekend in the area and hard to find a hotel, but after staying there, when we are in the area again, we will for sure stay again, from the front desk service to the room of comfort, we were very happy,,

On 2nd Floor-no elevator
