Hotel near the InterstatePosted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Decent breakfast
The name of the hotel is not as I booked. It is not Quality Suites. They are now Comfort Suites. So if you are looking for what is printed on your confirmation through Expedia you will not find the hotel. I requested wake up calls and they never phoned. The sheets were not changed for 4 consecutive days. Even the plastic glasses and plastic bag for the ice bucket were not replaced.

Complete disappointmentPosted May 27, 2014
Checking into the hotel, the front desk staff was not friendly nor welcoming. During a 3 day stay, we had to exchange keys 5 times since they just kept not working. There was never an apology for the inconvenience or an explanation as to what the problem was. The last time, the manager accompanied us to the room with new keys and they worked - and the unspoken message was that we didn't know how to operate the lock ourselves. There was a used paper plate in the microwave upon check in. Then on the second day, a Sunday, the one bed was sort of made - with the comforter pulled over the bed and the pillows tossed back in place. But the other bed wasn't touched. And there were still spots on the bathroom floor and the sink wasn't wiped the entire stay. They never left more shampoo and left only 1 washcloth each day. The breakfast was horrible - biscuits were hard as rocks. I am not a complainer, but when you have a hotel named "QUALITY", I expected quality and certainly didn't get it.

Nice place!!Posted May 12, 2014
Pros: The room was more than I expected.
Cons: Turn pool temp up a little warmer.
Room was big we had 2 queen beds and a little room with pull out couch. Only thing that was upsetting was the pool water temp was FREEZING. My niece is 5 she was having fun but hers and my teeth were chattering. Breakfast was good too.

Hotel close to CarthagePosted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Front desk staff.
Cons: Cleanliness of bathroom, other staff
Hotel was under construction. Front desk staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was a joke - the staff member attending it both times was more interested in talking to her friend instead of making sure that there was food for people to eat.

Nice Room.... Disappointing BreakfastPosted Mar 20, 2014
Pros: The room / amenities.
Cons: The breakfast. I've stayed in comparable hotels that had a much better breakfast offering such as "real" bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, etc.
Location: I didn't have the time to do a lot of exploring, but to do anything decent, you have to head into downtown Kenosha. There isn't a lot to do nearby.
During my stay, it appeared that the hotel was going through a renovation, so it was easy to overlook the unkempt condition of the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast offered was AWFUL! The choices were somewhat limited. The bacon salty and had the look of "artificial", the orange juice tasted watered down and the coffee was bitter and marginally luke-warm at best.

Disappointing StayPosted Feb 18, 2014
Cons: I do hope they improve their service and rooms.
We had stayed at this hotel previously without an issue. This time was very different. We had to request a shower head for the shower, which took two days to get installed (no they never offered to move us), the microwave was so old that it had one dial knob with no plate (not sure it would have popped the popcorn had it had the missing glass plate), and while we were there for three nights we had housekeeping for only one day ( no clean towels left and a bottle of cleaner was left on the sink). We were told that parts of the hotel were getting remodeled, but I am not sure why that should affect our room that we were charged full price for, as it was ready for guests right?

Might do it all againPosted Feb 12, 2014
Well, there was no specific reason for this stay. I was over worked and needed a night away. I booked this hotel in a jiff. When we arrived the outsode appearance made me slightly uneasy. It was small and old looking. However, once I got inside and we entered the room I was very impressed. The rooms are set like suites. Nice size and rhe ammenities were great. We were a small walk from the pool, which could use some updating. Breakfast the next morning was GREAT. I might book a week long vaca here in July.

Shopping TripPosted Jan 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Wanted to get out of town for a fun weekend with my friends. We decided to go to Kenosha so we could go to shop at the outlet mall. There are tons of restaurants nearby. The hotel was also great. It had a good sized pool and a nice hot tub. The breakfast was great with eggs and sausage and bacon. The rooms were huge almost double the size as a regular room. Planning to go there again.
