The stay was overall accommodating, pleasurable, comfortable until sometime during our short stay for 2 days someone went into my vehicle stole my wallet and used my credit card to stay at the comfort inn! How were they allowed to do this? Why wasn’t further identification asked for to stay with them? When we booked with them they checked someone in under our reservation/our name! It took a little longer to check in than we would have liked at midnight. They didn’t even try to compensate for their mistake. The pros about the stay were that the beds were awesome, towels were plush, the pool & breakfast were decent. Overall good location from the city. Only about 15 mins away from Milwaukee. It just left a bad taste in my mouth when my wallet was stolen out of my car in their lot, they allowed someone to use my card in the same hotel I was in for over $300.

Fine property, it did its job which was to provide a place to sleep. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. One thing to note, not many elevators annd we had a room that faced the pool so you’d hear the people and in there and there was no exterior window. I was not aware of this and would have requested a different room had I known. The pillows, who decided four tiny square pillows was a good idea? They were awful to sleep on, just buy regular sized ones.

Ants all over by pur pool doors as we were pool side. Pool temp was like very cold water. Lil kid splash pad was alot warmer. Told front desk each day there. Told pool is at temp 80. No way it was really cold. Chargerd more than what was quoted on expedia by almost $14. Last time we will stay here. Gets worse each time.

Hello, Sorry to hear that your stay with us was not a great one. Unfortunately when we did check the pool temp. it was at the required setting. We had our Chief engineer check it daily. Also your card was only authorized for a incidental hold and not charged. Once you checked out we release that hold on our end. Truly sorry for the confusion.

Upon entering the hotel i was greeted all smiles. The room was spacious enough to suit me and my two. The beds were extra comfortable made me not want to leave the room. The two tvs were excellent, i watched my programs and they did theirs. Our room was poolside so that made it extra easy. The breakfast was great, buffet style hot breakfast which is just fine for us. Overall i loved my stay and will return again and again.

Very satisfied with the room - loved the coach area because the kids loved hanging out there. There was plenty of room for us. The pool area was great - the pool room itself and the hot tub could both be warmer.

Comfort Suites is our go-to place in the Milwaukee area. I love the pool, hot tub and breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plus they have great customer service.

It was good. The room was a nice size. We were in one of the balcony rooms. Which felt very secluded and private! It did smell like the pool a little bit. Which I should have known was gonna happen because it was next to the pool, but the smell went away after a bit.

Pros: The lady who cooks breakfast was the sweetest. There was also a guy who works at the front desk who was very helpful. Cons: while swimming the kids and I kept getting cut. Ants were in the room and the pool area.

The checkin experience was great, with no long line. The room was clean and didn't smell bad like a lot of other hotels I've been to. It had a nice TV, and a little lounge area with a couch. The area isn't super quiet because it's near the airport, so there are always planes flying overhead. But, the traffic was not bad. My room had a flickering light outside the window that was distracting, but it wasn't noticable after I closed the blinds. The hot tub was out of service for my visit, which isn't necessarily the properties fault.

The 1st room we checked to had a horrible smell to it and the bathroom sink did not drain. The next day we switched rooms. Room definitely smelled much better. However the bathtubs drained slow and there was little black sugar ants. Staff was fantastic and very friendly.

It was an amazing hotel. Our kids loved the pool! We spent hours in the pool. We had the presidential suite and it was very spacious and big enough for our family's needs.
