We have pool sign up times to ensure that we do not exceed the limit of people in the pool area for any given time and to make sure every guest gets a chance to use the pool during their stay. We are often very busy on the weekends and in the past we had large groups stay in the pool area for the entire day. This made it difficult for individual families to use the pool. Since having sign up times, we have not had an issue regarding guests not being able to use the indoor pool area due to overcrowding. Your feedback about our convenient location and dining options is important to us. We are glad to hear the hotel met your expectations. We are sorry about the issue regarding the other guests. Please note that we do not ignore problems like this. Our staff at the front desk called management at midnight to see best course of action, police were called and these guest will never be allowed in our hotel again. For the safety of our staff we do not want them directly intervening with guests such as this and so it took a while to get it resolved with law enforcement. We are sorry you had to witness this as this is not common around here.
