It was convenient for us as a stopover stay on our way home from a vacation. It was nice to have the dining options nearby. We were limited to 2 hours in the pool, which they said is their policy on weekends.

We have pool sign up times to ensure that we do not exceed the limit of people in the pool area for any given time and to make sure every guest gets a chance to use the pool during their stay. We are often very busy on the weekends and in the past we had large groups stay in the pool area for the entire day. This made it difficult for individual families to use the pool. Since having sign up times, we have not had an issue regarding guests not being able to use the indoor pool area due to overcrowding. Your feedback about our convenient location and dining options is important to us. Rest assured that we use your comments to continually improve with the goal of providing the most enjoyable experience for our guests.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Everything seemed clean but my room definitely needed some updates. The safety bar in the shower was broken in half, it looked like they tried to melt it back together at some point, the refrigerator made a terrible noise and the safety latch on the door was just about falling off.

Everything was great from easy check in to the comfort of the beds. Hot tub was nice and hot it felt good after a long drive and freezing outside.

The handwritten signs throughout the hotel were very off putting. I never have seen a hotel ask you to sign up for pool time and have a maximum time of two hours per room. Very strange. Rooms decent enough though.

There were things I didn’t love, but I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was. Just a good energy from every employee.
things I didn’t like:
-dryer was out of order and I desperately needed to do laundry. Laundry facilities was one of the reasons I picked this place. They allowed me to use the hotel dryer which I did have to pay for. That was nice.
-there was a partially drunk bottle of 7up on the counter in my room when I checked in
-hallways all smelled like smoke
-the phone in the room didn’t work (they replaced it)
-it all looked very dated, coffee pot was probably from the 80s or 90s. Really.
-guy told me this was “their best room”
-bed was ok not super comfy
-pillows were really small, not normal size
-I planned to go into the hot tub but upon arrival the pool room just didn’t look inviting like it had in pictures. The lighting was super weird- like how hot lamps look in an iguana cage. I didn’t enter.
-breakfast was good
Again, staff was so nice. But I wouldn’t stay again.

The suite too old, the mattress very old not comfy, carpet smell bad , machine coffee not working, no electric kettle for hot water for Tea. Not worth it $180 .

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the stay was not enjoyable. We routinely clean the carpets every 2-3 months with shampooer machine, we can provide new coffee machine if one is not working we apologize for the inconvenience.
The rooms were very large, but bathroom space is very limited. The breakfast room is very small. The food was ok.

The room wasn’t’ too bad and the hotel was clean. The only problem that we had was people fighting outside late night/ early morning and nothing was done about it.
They were loud yelling and punching, throwing bottles.

We are glad to hear the hotel met your expectations. We are sorry about the issue regarding the other guests. Please note that we do not ignore problems like this. Our staff at the front desk called management at midnight to see best course of action, police were called and these guest will never be allowed in our hotel again. For the safety of our staff we do not want them directly intervening with guests such as this and so it took a while to get it resolved with law enforcement. We are sorry you had to witness this as this is not common around here.

What genius thought this was ok?
Rooms are only serviced once every three days. In between, beds are not made, no in room coffee, no trash removal, no towels or cleaning. You do however, still need to pay for each night you stay. Next time we'll stay for just one night, or try one of the many other hotels in the area.
