Room was clean and linens were clean. Property itself is worn out. Needs maintenance all over. Our fridge in room 406 didn’t keep things cold on high setting. Pool was out of order. Espresso machine in food area was out of order. Leak in the hallway. Broken doorknob in stairwell. Not what you expect from a Marriott. Staff was nice and helpful. Rate was better than neighboring hotels. Would stay here over the Sheridan next door (they have freight trains for heat/AC).

A good stay
Overall a good stay. Kind of quiet with only a few residents. Staff was very nice. This is our 2nd time at this facility. Our stay was 6 nights. We have a small dog with a $55 fee per stay. Surprised to find out that a stay is 5 nights or less. So we were charged $55 again for the 6th night. Doesn't quite seem right.

Pretty nice
It was nice. We were hoping for the hot tub that was advertised but it looked like it had been recently removed. Asked the bartender for an old fashioned. She didn’t know what that was. Weird in a Wisconsin bar. Common area is very nice and clean. There are nicer spots in the area but this hotel is nice

Everyone was nice that I interacted with. Not that the employees can help it but the building itself is a little suspicious. There are renovations but you still see the scoffing on the walls and the elevator makes “scary movie” noises. Thank you

The property is older, but very well maintained. The room was clean a spacious. The front desk clerks were very friendly and attentive to our needs. While I thought there was a stale odor in our room my girlfriend said she did not smell any uncommon odor at all (and she is super sensitive). Great experience and fair price. While appearing safe during the daytime, the surrounding neighborhood (beyond the hotel up and down Brown Deer Rd near the fast food & gas stations) seemed to attract some unsavory characters. While there were no encounters, to be safe, our recommendation is to not venture out past 9pm, especially on Fridays or Saturdays.

Nice enough
The Courtyard is clean and reasonably attractive, but I was not impressed with the level of service. It is necessary to request cleaning services, including garbage pick-up, and the restoring of amenities ( which were minimal).

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard. By Marriott in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the Harley Davidson 120th homecoming anniversary in July 2023 Hotel was nice room was clean and spacious and had a microwave and minibar fridge. Room rate was good , staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't use the pool, but they've got a small indoor pool and resturant. We would definitely go back and stay again. My only negative was the mini bar fridge didn't keep our drinks cold ...mildly cool at best even after adjusting the fridge to the coldest setting.
