Motel gives shuttle service to and from the airport. We could leave our car there for no charge. Very nice front desk staff.

This hotel was very enjoyable. Decor and atmosphere were nice with ample parking. The weekend we stayed there were a few events going on in the hotel's ballrooms but, even with the large crowd things were well managed, noise was low, and staff remained friendly and polite. The amenities themselves were impressive in the extent of service (pool and fitness center open until midnight; restaurant and room service until 11;24 hour business center; free wifi, etc). The room was fine with the exception of the scufed walls that could stand to be re-painted. Other reviews about small bathrooms are accurate but, there is a whirlpool in the pool area and the shower and toilet worked fine...nothing to complain about there. Reasonable prices in the restaurant (considering typical hotel markups). The surrounding area is near the airport with a few restaurants , shopping areas (stripmalls mostly) and a movie theatre nearby. I would stay again.

The front desk Gals (not Guy) were really friendly and sincerely apologetic when there was a couple of issues. When I checked in with a gentleman he was very efficient yet maybe too rushed and gave me a room that hadn't yet been cleaned. When I went back to the front desk to get a clean room, the gal was awesome at fixing the problem with a very sincere apology although she laughed with me when I joked about it appreciating the humor in this. (At least I found it humorous and she certainly did not make the mistake). When I checked out, I was given a bill with the charge of the room applied to my credit card. The problem with this is that I paid for the hotel thru Expedia and should not have been charged. Other than that the rest of my experience was great and the hotel was quite updated. The only structural issue with the hotel is that the bathroom counter space is super small. I like a bigger space to put my toiletries.

Location: There is a movie theater within one mile.
I enjoyed my experience at the Crown Plaza - Milwaukee Airport.

We arrived and were greeted with a circus like atmosphere. There was a Hindu wedding reception at the hotel when we arrived. There were approximately 20 children under the age of 10 running amok, screaming, jumping on furniture with not a parent in site. The front desk attendant was at her wits end trying to maintain some order. I really felt for her as she could not control the situation. We were given a room at the end of a hallway on the second floor however there was a loft from the lobby area whereas all the noise travelled. The second day/night were uneventful. The final morning of our stay we waiting for our breakfast to arrive that we had order the night before as per the instructions and were told that they forgot to pick up both ours and my brothers order and would we still like them to get the breakfast to us.... I understand that as a hotel you need to be available for events, however, as a paying customer I would expect that our comfort would be viewed as important. I was extremely disappointed and didn't feel that we were respected as paying customers.
