TRICK OR TREAT

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: The food and the staff was very good.
Location: Road work was bad.
We were there for a swim meet and we enjoyed the restaurant because we were in a hurry and breakfast was also excellent and we did sleep well. Only the view out the window was not good.

Mediocre hotel with high price

Posted Oct 27, 2014
I stayed over night at this facility. The staff and restaurant were excellent. However, the room was uncomfortable. The mattress was not comfortable; it was rather hard. I found a straight piece of hair on the bathroom floor (near the shower), which obviously could not have been mine since my hair texture is curly/kinky. The hotel is ok, but for over $110, I could have stayed at a 5 star hotel.

A little pricey doesn't include breakfast. Otherwise clean, safe neighborhood, a little tricky to get to with road construction.

A fine hotel w/ a tiny pool and harsh policies

Posted Oct 14, 2014
The hotel was fine. Nice room, nice overall facilities. However, we had a couple of problems w/ the hotel. First, the hotel pool is quite small. We came w/ a group of families and so pool space was definitely an issue. Secondly, the hotel didn't allow ANY beverages in the pool area (didn't matter if it was a juice box). Third, when we tried then to have a few drinks outside the pool area on the patio we were told we couldn't do that either. So then we proceeded to the hotel lobby to gather and have a beer we were told we had to buy their beer, and the lobby/bar area was only open until 9(?). It was just overly restrictive so I have no intention of visiting the hotel again.

Nice Place

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Friendly, easy check-in and re-direction help, once there, though.
Cons: Can't move it, but is adjacent to a Fire Station. Just request a room on the other side of the hotel. Our direct facing room wasn't too bad sounding.
Location: Lots, if it were easier to get to right now.
Didn't use the 24 hour pool, the biggest reason we booked. Too exhausted from the rest of our trip! ** Lots of construction around. ** Unable to take nearest exit from EITHER nearest two largest highways/interstate. Should be able to email out info with other travel site reservations. Not something that costs them a stamp. Other wise very good.

Pros: It had a bar
Cons: Turn up the temp on the hot tub!
Location: Nothing walking distance
It was nice. Kind of expensive but seems inline with other hotels in the area.

Enjoyable stay

Posted Sep 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was sufficiently spacious, the chair and other furniture in excellent condition, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of floor space, a nice shower stall and enough counter space for us to leave our personal toiletries there without crowding each other. Maid service kept the bed made and the rooms clean. There was a lot of road construction around the hotel, but the staff anticipated guest needs and supplied maps to help us get around it. Since we were in Milwaukee to attend baseball games, the shuttle service to Miller Park was truly appreciated. We would have liked a refrigerator in the room; but since they have their own restaurant, I guess that is to be expected.
