They charged an extra $150 deposit at check in. When we got to the room it was about 95° F, and very old, dark, and dirty. Looked around for a remote control for the tv and couldn’t find that. When I called the front desk the lady didn’t know what to do about no tv remote, and never came to check on the temperature.

There was nothing unique about this hotel. There's no indoor access to the front desk and that's where the only microwave is if you want to heat water or anything up. Tub is filthy the walls are horrible. I could send you pictures if you wanted. Can't get the heat to work. Other than that it's close enough to the hospital and my appointments at froedtert. But I wouldn't want to ever stay here again. Wasn't worth the money. No coffee maker or anything 1 tiny bottle of shampoo. Good thing I bought my own supplies. If I could check out of here tomorrow and get Reimbursed for one day I surely would

the hotel room was dirty and old. creepy and abandoned looking. rusty old furnace in room was left on so when we first came in it was 100 degrees. we had to leave the door to our room open to cool the room off. I would not recommend--even for one night.

Had to pay $150 deposit upon check-in for just 1 night stat (said it will return 5 days after check out). We checked in 11pm and had to check out 5am coz we couldn't sleep; bed was so hard, pillows were so small, dirty chairs, and the bed linens made us so itchy. Deft.won't ever book again.

The king size bed was so comfortable the room was very quiet. This was a non smoking facility.. but, all you can smell was cigarettes. The bathroom shower had mold on the wall and the water was warm the towels were small

This place sucked, and should lose its status as a Wyndham property. It is absolutely disgusting. Stains on furniture, black mold in bathroom made me sick. When am I going to get my refund for the remaining two nights. I'm Waiting for it to post on my debit card.

Very warm in room. Asked if it had AC, the front desk told me that it was turned off for the season. You can tell that it is an old building. Holes in walls both side of bed where lights were removed, wallpaper curling, etc. Clean sheets! Low price.

Room looked like a motel room from the 50s. No microwave. Could adjust the heat/cool because the unit was so old. Guy next to me kept going in and out of his room all night talking loudly and slamming the door. Cigarettes all over the parking lot by the back door. And looked like someone dropped a breakfast sandwich by the door and it stayed there the entire time I was there. Bed was very comfy and shower had good water pressure. When you walk into the lobby there is a sign that says breakfast to the left of the desk. Breakfast was coffee and packages of oatmeal with bowls and hot water nearby. I'd stay again just because of the price and the fact the bed was comfy.

The stay was an excellent value for the price. The only issue I had was that the tub didn't appear clean. When I talked to management about it I was told that many of the tubs are old & worn out. They had recently started a renovation process, but my room was one still needing renovation.

Never again.
They are rude. The grounds keeper kept looking at me mean everytime he saw me. Room service does almost nothing, when we told the office that there was a mouse in the toom, they said it was our fault for not telling house keeping to vaccum and clean our room. They only take out the trash unless you tell them to do the rest of their job.

Filthy and smelly. This place is a dump and is like a maze trying to find anything. There are a lot of tenants renting there. We tried two different rooms and they both smelled musty and moldy. We left and we were charged the night’s stay.

This place had vinyl flooring that was grey. When I got in the shower my feet were black. I took a washcloth and wet it and wiped floor and it was soot black. Looks like the place hadn't wiped or mopped in ages. Gross.

The staff was extremely rude at check in and pulled a surprise deposit at check in of 75 dollars, which was probably because the area was so unsafe. People walking and talking outside our room all night. This was possibly the worst facility that I have ever stayed in ,in my life. This was my wife's birthday and was very unsettling. I would like a complete refund for the stress this caused on my family.

The room was really dark and dated. TV did not work properly. The hallways and stairway carpet are terrible. We were one of the lucky guests where the bathroom was acceptable.
