“Excellent”

The service, breakfast, cleanliness, valet parking were all excellent. The only problem one might have would be relatively thin walls if there were many guests in nearby rooms. For us, it was great--very convenient to the Public Museum and restaurants.

“Our favorite place to stay while visiting Milwaukee!”

The room and the Hotel staff were all wonderful. We always have breakfast at the restaurant on the premises. We had an issue with our waitress giving us one bill and then charging us a 20% gratuity. We had ordered the buffet and thought this was a little out of line. There were 6 in our party and we never had been charged gratuity there before. The manager quickly redid the bill and let us leave what we wanted for a tip. Had she not charged us so much in the first place she probably would have ended up with more than the initial gratuity she tacked onto the bill. But overall I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Milwaukee!

“Noisy location”

Hotel is across the street from a very busy bus stop -- lots of noise from buses for long hours. Restaurant/room service menu quite limited, hard to eat a healthy diet at the hotel.

“Need to enforce non-smoking ban”

The entire third floor was filled with cigarette smoke. I complained to hotel staff who did move me but it really gave me a sad impression of the hotel.

“Great city & nice hotel”

This was a convenient, clean, friendly place to stay with a good hotel restaurant and valet parking. The room was slightly on the small side for our family, but that was the only downside.

“PLEASANT SURPRISE”

Good value, with complimentary Breakfast special. Service of staff was excellent and very responsive. Extended checkout an hour with no problem. Great location for downtown events within walking distance of most. Will stay here agin when in Milwaukee.

“Well worth the price”

Most of the time, the best deals come at a price, but not this time. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the price or the condition of the hotel. Clean and centrally located in downtown Milwaukee. Beds were extremely comfortable. Room very clean. I'd definitely stay here again. Although I always strongly object to having to pay for parking at any hotel, this one was still less than most. Even the gentleman that brought our car was friendly!

“Great experience, would return”

Enjoyed our stay. We took the train up from Chicago, and it was a short walk to the hotel. Room was clean and well cared for. The chocolate chip cookies they give out at check-in were so good, I went back the next day to see if I could buy 2 more. The receptionist laughed at my obvious chocolate craving, and gave me 2 more at no charge :)
