The property was nice the room was nice. But charging me double for smoking when no one was smoking. Kicked me and my party out at 1 am. There was no smoking in the room . Im pissed that they didnt search the room they decided to slap me with an extra $160 so rude. Im never coming back.

The staff was friendly and nice. The room, however, was never cleaned; the pool never worked and the breakfast items were not promptly replenished. The front desk clerk seems to be the customer service rep as well as the maid, as she was welcoming guests one minue, then vacuuming the lobby then refilling breakfast items.

Place was clean and the staff was great. Breakfast was ok. My only real issue (minor)was covers for the to go coffee cups did not fit. Would stay again.

I'll stay elsewhere next time
The front desk staff was amazing. Everything else about our stay was not amazing. The shower was dirty with black hair all over the tub and shower curtain. The shower faucet was dripping. There was black spots, I won't go so far as to say mold, in the grout on the tub. The sink was very slow to drain. And the outdoor key lock was very inconsistent in working. As was the lock to our room. Even though this is not the top of the line hotel for Marriott, it is still part of Marriott and I expected a better experience.

Pool wasn't open. Desk staff said it was down for the weekend, but cleaning staff didn't even know they had a pool. Nothing was noted on the website. We would've definitely stayed somewhere else had we known. There's also no fan in the bathroom, so there were mold spots on the ceiling. Half the TV channels didn't work. Would not recommend this hotel and I'll never stay again.

There were knats flying around our room, the hotel smelled musty, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, children were loudly running around the hallways at 10p, no automatic opener on front door of the hotel, bathroom door was in the way of shower.

The worst experience I have ever had
We arrived at 3:15 for check-in and they said the room was not ready we waited about an hour to ask how long would it take and they gave us attitude saying that it was only 4:#0 check-in is at 3 we have a full hotel and our dryer does not work. They told us that we need to work with them even though now we were late for our event. When they charged my card they charged me twice and now I have to wait 5-6 days to get that money back. In our room, our Tv did not work and they took out our mini fridge because that did not work. The windows were disgusting, also we did not even shower because in the bathroom you can see marks all over it.

Arrived for late check in, our TV didn’t work,couldn’t’ fix, no other rooms. Awoke at 6:00 a.m. to Booming male voice shouting at the door just across from my room. He wanted his shoes back. Our housekeeping team usually takes great pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness, and we apologize for the oversight in your room. We understand as well the inconvenience caused by the lack of Kleenex and the unemptied trash under the sink.
