“good hotel in decent location”

about 5 minutes from the airport. the lobby is nice and spacious, as is the dining room. surrounding area isn't something to be excited about, but then again, are any airport hotels!? workout room has one treadmill + 2 ellipticals. rooms are spacious- a nice holiday inn express.

“Save yourself the trouble - book elsewhere”

This hotel is not comfortable, clean, or pleasant in any way. The staff could barely be bothered to interact with me in any way during check-in; they were too busy eating McDonalds hamburgers at the front desk to assign a room to me. The gave me a list of "local" restaurants, some of which were 15 or more miles away. I don't know what the benefit is of giving guests a list of restaurants that involve extensive driving; it would be much more logical to supply guests with a list of restaurants that are local - within a 3 to 5 mile radius. The room I received smelled like mold, and the room's A/C was an ancient, smelly metal box on the wall that rattled when you turned it on. Unfortunately, since the room was directly next door to the "splash zone" indoor water park for kids, the room was humid and smelled like chlorine. Unfortunate billing issues went unresolved - after speaking to front desk staff and the front desk manager, no resolution was found and the manager told me she just didn't understand what was going on with my bill, and could not explain the charges. She finally told me to "wait a few days" and see if the charges cleared themselves up with the credit card company (???). When I questioned the fact that my own info on the bill was wrong and that potentially someone else was charged incorrectly for my stay, that didn't seem to raise any red flags for her at all, and she went back to the wait and see approach to letting the charges somehow resolve themselves.

“great for kids”

we were traveling with 4 kids. two 2yr. olds and two 1yr. olds. the hotel was great. they especially loved the pool. it was geared towards younger kids. they could have stayed there all day long! we will be back!

“A few small problems with our stay added up to a disappointing stay.”

When we arrived in our room I noticed that there were no towels or washcloths. I called the front desk, they said they would bring some up. 30 minutes later, no towels. Had to go to the front desk to ask for them again. On the second night of our stay, the hot tub was closed. No explanations why. On the third day of our stay, the pool was closed, again, no explanation other than a sign on the door saying the pool was out of order. The sign remained there the final day of our stay. The pool and water slide were the main reasons we chose to stay at this hotel. We were disappointed that this amenity was not available for part of our stay. The pancake maker was out of order the first day for breakfast and the milk for the coffee was sour two of the days. That being said, there were no major problems with our stay, just minor problems that added up to make our stay less appealing. There is a LOT of construction around the hotel. Be aware that your GPS may not know about multiple ramp and lane closures around the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel room was clean and well kept.

“Good Value”

Fairly new building, clean, quiet and comfortable. Free continental breakfast is a plus.

“Not impressed”

The hotel was clean but our room smelled like cigarettes and I asked for a non-smoking room. And I was also surprised when they told me that there was a $30.00 parking fee.

“It's ok”

The room was on the third floor and it faced the pool area. This particular evening, the pool are was open till 11pm. The noise from the pool are was loud which made it a little harder to sleep. Also, the bathroom had poor ventilation so the humidity in the room remained high long after taking a shower. The room was ok, but I would find a different hotel next time.

“Very Nice Hotel”

Newer hotel. Staff was nice, room was comfortable and they provided a shuttle to the airport.

“Fun with grandkids”

We always stay at this hotel when visiting the grandkids, they love the pool, water slide and fort. The road was in terrible but they are finally working on it, and be prepared to wait, road construction everywhere!
