We found the staff to be friendly and accomodating. Comfortable room. Convenient location. Will use Mainstay Suites again.

“Out of Coffee at 6:45am is Unacceptable!”

Extremely clean place. Evening staff very friendly. Elevator broke on Thursday night so we had to drag our stuff down the stairs in the morning. I went down to get some breakfast to bring back up to the room. There were no trays and no one to ask for one from. (either in the kitchen area or at the front desk.) This was a pain because I had to juggle it all up the stairs. One coffee urn was completely empty. Went to leave 45 minutes later and stopped to fill our to go mugs for the road, both coffee urns were empty and I had to go to the laundry area to tell someone. We didn't have time to wait for coffee at that point. Disappointed in the morning staff. Otherwise nice clean room, good price.

hotel room was a studio room and not a suite. we had a guest from out of town with us and wound up all sleep in one room. there was no privacy for any of us except the bathroom . breakfast was a disapointment
