If we wouldn’t have been so tired we would have looked somewhere else. Place looks like a flop house. I think people are permanently living there. dumpster overflowing, trash everywhere outside Smoke detector missing, burn marks on the sink and the tub. One trashcan in the whole room. There was a slit in the side of the mattress like someone had cut it open with a knife. the bathroom door looked like it had flood damage The floor was uneven with stick on tiles covering half the floor. The office was dirty.

On December 4, 2023, we made a reservation with your hotel for January 19, 2024 to January 27, 2024, after a search through Expedia. When we arrived early on Saturday, January 20, 2024, and arrived at the hotel, we found a totally different hotel than the one we had booked. I proceeded to tell the Front Desk that I didn't like it and that I wouldn't stay there. To whatever it was, he replied that he couldn't do anything because we had a reservation already made and he had to proceed with it. I told him to let me see the room and he told me that I had to pay first. Since we had communication problems, since he did not speak Spanish and I did not speak English, we got a translator to help us. He explained my concern and disappointment, so they agreed to cancel my reservation and charge me for just one night, since it was 3 am and we were extremely tired. They charged me $73.52, which I paid cash. The Front Desk gave me the room key without even explaining where it was. When we entered the room we did not find the following: 1. The front door did not open. 2. The bedspread on the bed, besides being old, had tears from burns. 3. There were cockroaches running in the bathroom. 4. There was no toilet paper. 5. The pillows were torn with the filling outside. 6. Broken and dirty curtains. 7. The bed sheets looked dirty and stained.

The water in my shower did not work. No coffee pot, needs dusting. The outside seems like they have been making improvements (large dumpster). Booking on Expedia and check-in at the sight were smooth, but the room had signs of not being cleaned well, the temperature control unit was unplugged and I could not get it plugged in right, the beds both had long hair on the pillows, and there was intermittent loud domestic fighting outside in the parking lot from 10:00 pm until around midnight when police came, and then periodically afterwards. Finally, Expedia advertised "breakfast included" as an amenity, but there was only coffee offered.

We checked in and checked out 15 mins. later. Everything in that room was filthy and I took pics. Microwave, refrigerator, floors and the bathtub was disgusting. Big hole in the wall. So I didn't even sit on the bed cuz they probably weren't clean either. And I reserved a king and got 2 full size beds. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Just disgusting. Creepy people around there.

Room had dozens of flies, beds lumpy and broken, roaches, heater/air conditioner loud and old. Asked to switch rooms was told I needed to wait for an open one. Second time complained was told they were waiting on laundry, third time I complained was told to wait a min , finally decided to check out early and get refund

There were live bedbugs on the mattress so I left and now have to try and get a refund through Expedia. I saved one in a plastic bag as proof. I’m just glad I found it before unpacking any of my stuff.

There is nothing to like about this place. Not all doors to room had locks. A couch was shoved against the door as if that would keep anyone from busting through the door. Felt unsafe and dirty. The room was dimly lit with a funky odor. There were food crumbs on the bathroom counter and I wouldn't be surprised if there were bed bugs. You can spot multiple cops in the area. This is a scene right of a movie. Most importantly I did not feel safe staying at Knights Inn with my family. I am dissatisfied with the service from both hotel and Expedia. I paid $115.26 for one night and after being in that place I felt like my husband, my daughter and my life was in danger. I couldn't risk it, which is why I checked out immediately and requested a refund. The hotel declined my request for half of the refund and Expedia, sorry to say it, but was no help. I got a $50 coupon to use for my next stay. Knights Inn needs an upgrade or taken off the list as a safe place to stay.

WORSE HOTEL ROOM. EVER!
DO NOT STAY HERE! ROOM WAS DIRTY! NATS WERE EVERYWHERE. HAD TO GO BUY SOME SPRAY TO KILL THEMM... DIDN'T MATTER.. MORE SHOWED UP. TOOK A SHOWER.. WATER LEAKED ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR. SMOKE DETECTOR WAS BEEPING, CALLED TO GET A NEW BATTERY, GUY UP FRONT SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY BATTERIES AND NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE MORNING TO FIX IT.. SO I THREW IT OUTSIDE THE ROOM AND I TOLD HIM I WAS AND HE SAID IT WAS OK TO DO. IF I WASN'T I DESPERATION MODE, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE L ON THE $$ SPENT AND GOT ANOTHER ROOM SOMEWHERE ELSE. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE EVER STAY HERE. I should have taken pictures.. Didn't even think to do that was so disgusted.
