Needs updating
Posted Jan 18, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: Replace bathroom fixtures
The location of this hotel was great for us - we were visiting Marquette University. It was awkward when we returned to our hotel in the evening and had to wait for the elevator right outside the bar. The rooms and hallways had quite a musty smell and there were garbage bags and bags of laundry piled up near the 4th floor elevator at 5 pm in the afternoon. The room was okay but the fixtures do need updating.

Pros: Close to Miller park
Cons: No complimentary breakfast
Great place to stay by miller park. Complimentary Breakfast would've made it better! Otherwise no complaints

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleaniness
Location: very easy to get around downtown
Hotel just did not feel clean. Beds were not very comfortable. I won't stay there again. Price was the only reason to stay there.

Cheap stay downtown
Posted Jan 29, 2013
Pros: Breakfast there was excellant
Cons: need to work on some routine maintenance -
Needed a place downtown close to train station and on a budget. This worked out well. Pretty much what I expected no surprises, other than there is free hourly shuttle to casino - nice

Let's retire this Ramada

Pros: Proximity to downtown.
Cons: Room quality, amenities.....
Location: Six blocks from the downtown area. Within walking distance, but not many food options available in a close proximity.
The property is old and needs much updating. Ventilation controls do not work. The thermostat said 40 degrees and luke warm air was coming out of the vents. The sink is junior height. The towels were rough and uncomfortable. I would have no complaints if I paid a low price for the room, but at just under premium rate it was robbery.

Close to the freeway, but outdated & dirty.
Posted Jan 20, 2013
Pros: It was close to I94.
Cons: This hotel needs to be remodeled.... and cleaned.
Location: Location was close to the freeway.
We arrived later in the evening, and the staff seemed irritated to help. The room was stuffy, the bedding looked worn & dingy and one of the beds was actually broken.

Convenience location and friendly staff
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Our first stay in Milwaukee was made brighter by staying here. Very convenient to downtown attractions, and the staff upgraded us to a suite without us even asking! It's an older venue and parking is tight (but free). Very attractive price for this stay, but when I went to book for a weekend in June, it was 2.5 times more which drove me to another hotel. Timing is everything.

Our room stayed at 80 degrees all night
Posted Jan 8, 2013
Pros: The staff was very friendly on check in.
Cons: The elevators were in pretty rough shape.
Location: Close to casino, walking distance to downtown and riverwalk (but like a mile, if that's okay with you--it was totally fine with us).
The title says it all. The hotel couldn't move us to another room. They suggested sending up a box fan. I'm not saying I expected gilded toilet seats for the price, but I certainly didn't expect to have my room be hotter than the outside temperature. I won't be staying here again.

Dreadful, old, worn and in need of updating.

This hotel is old, worn and in need of updating. Definitely not for business travelers who need to work in the room.

DIRTY SOCKS WERE LEFT IN THE BED FROM THE PEOPLE THAT STAYED THE NIGHT BEFORE. THAT TELLS ME THAT THE BED WAS NEVER CHANGED.... HOW DISGUSTING
