Worst bed I have ever slept in

Cons: Fix the bed and don't let new customers stay in rooms with beds in this condition
Was given a bed which had one side okay and the other dipped massively - woke up with an awful back - Room 523

Dear Sam: Thank you for posting honest feedback regarding your stay at our hotel. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not able to experience a good nights sleep while staying at our establishment. We are in the process of replacing all mattresses in our entire hotel which is a project that should be completed in about a month. I realize that this isn't helpful to your stay however I wanted to let you know that we listen to our guests and have acknowledged the need to replace many of our mattresses and we have gone one step further and agreed to replace them all. Pool was not working even though t hey told us yes

We wanted this hotel for the one main fact that there was a pool. We came from Ohio to Milwaukee to see our son and his family. The grand babies were so excited to get to swim in the pool. We even called ahead and was assured that the pool was open. When we got there it was not working.

Unfortunately a guest broke a glass bottle in the pool area and state guidelines state we must entirely drain the pool in order to keep our guests safe at all times. Hotel was a good bargain for the price. Attached restaurant was AMAZING! Food was well worth the price.

Bathroom

Pros: It had a delightful look and nice entry
Cons: Cleanliness of the bathroom
Location: I had a Dr appointment at St Lukes. So we just did some Christmas shopping. There were a lot of shopping places.
The bathtub was scummy like no one had scoured it. The rest of the room was comfortable, nice bed.No breakfast.

Hotel looked like the Projects inside.

Pros: I didn't like anything
Cons: Maybe renting somewhere else.
Location: Not to much to do.
You can hear the people renting next to you like around 4 in the morning. There was no view as well.

Perfect - Exactly what we needed!!

Cons: Jessica could have more of a kind attitude toward the customer!
Location: Close to the airport
We had driven for four hours arriving late in the evening - we were exhausted and needed a room just for one night because we had an early morning flight. We were beyond pleased. We had a King bed that was cozy, soft, comfortable and so so clean. Room smelled wonderful - bathroom, shower, shower head, bathtub - ALL what we needed after our long day. 24 hour shuttle was wonderful to take to the airport even at 4 a.m.!! What a service. VERY nice room for the few hours we were there. We felt relaxed and refreshed - Jessica at the front desk was a little short and not the best customer appeal - but I could overlook that because everything else was perfect! Highly Highly Recommend!!!

Very nice experience at a well-run hotel

Pros: good waitress nice rooms clean
Cons: It has everyone one reasonably needs.
Location: The location isn't far from downtown, where I went everyday for a conference. Very convenient to the airport.
I researched hotel on Expedia and decided to try this hotel, because it had decent reviews, a competitive price, and a convenient location. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Parking was no problem, and I checked in quickly. The room was perfectly made. Everything worked well. Large king-sized bed with tons of pillows and clean sheets. Good furniture. Shampoo and so forth in bathroom. Clean bathroom. At my request, they moved in a small refrigerator/microwave for my use that week, as well. The internet worked well. And, I fell asleep without hearing noise from airplanes or other guests. The in-room coffee was fine. I was quite pleased. By chance, I decided to eat breakfast one day, and was served by an excellent waitress. She suggested her favorites and indeed, the french toast and eggs were very good. Generous portions. I liked it so much, I invited some friends for dinner there. Dinner was good and affordable. The hotel bar looked nice but a little empty. Then, I had breakfast there the next morning, which was once again, excellent. I checked out a little late, but without issue, and worked in the lobby until it was time to go to the airport. If I can get this good price again, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Milwaukee. I had a very impressive experience with the good room, good facilities, restaurant, and staff.
