“great hotel for the price”

The beds were hard no one could sleep got up with sore backs and necks. The pool area was cold so could not enjoy swimming was in there 15 min

“Great stay for a low price”

I was overall impressed by the hotel. Compared to the rates of some other local hotels this was deffinatly the best deal. Friendly staff clean rooms it was more than what i was expecting. At the time of my stay some remodeling was being done which didnt effect my stay at all on the finished portion was very nice... I will stay there again.

We stayed here after a Brewer game & it was a nice hotel. The pool was so warm; like a nice warm bath...Our family swam in it for over 2 hrs!!! We would stay here again.

“Affordable for an overnight stay, nothing more.”

A hotel that is worn but completely functional for a simple overnight stay for a Milwaukee based event.

“OK for the price..”

The hotel is old but clean. The only friendly staff was the girl working when we checked in. The guy at the front desk in the evening was very unfriendly. We had to ask him to open up the pool when it should have already been open. I had to ask him for a few things, and the man did not say one word to me or my children. I felt as if I was an unwelcome guest. For the short time we were actually there, it was ok, but if I were staying somewhere longer or spending more time in the room, I would definately go somewhere else.

“Stay was...fine”

Pool was nice, but apparently the clerks were confused about what time it opened and closed. One told us one time, another told us another time. When we did finally go to the pool because it was open, but it was still locked and we had to find someone to unlock it for us. Rooms were okay. Hallways had wallpaper falling off in quite a few places.

Not a bad place. You get what you pay for.

“Needs A Cleaning”

The room and the halls need cleaning. All floors need to be cleaned. The pool looked like it needed cleaning. If I had small children, I would not let them go in the pool. I consider this hotel to be used for only one night stay and not a place to vacation or visit. I feel the hotel could be cleaned and simple repairs done without having to increase the cost of a nights stay. It needs simple repairs and cleaning mainly of the floors.

“Less than just a cheap place to crash.”

Friendly staff but felt "over-serviced" and, at times, almost suspect. The hotel / property was very worn and run down -- lobby, elevator, stairs, halls, parking lot were quite dirty / littered. The cleanliness of the room was ok but still very worn. The security keys didn't work on any of the side or back doors so only way in was the front. Kinda sucked one night when had to park all the way in back lot. Positives: room was very spacious; surprisingly, the beds were quite comfortable; microwave and frig were nice perk; excellent location to freeway into Milwaukee. Still, not enough to convince me to stay again.
