Was charged for an extra person fee for a 2 queen bedroom which is meant for 4 people. We had 4 people and was still charged for an extra person. That does not make sense. Very unfair.

The property was very clean and updated, however, the staff was dismissive. Housekeeping did not bring towels and they put a used roll of tissue in our room as well as an open bottle of water.

I gotta say everything about this hotel was great. Checking in was easy the room was clean and very easy to find. I will say that the outlets on the right side of the bed did not work but it wasn’t a huge deal to me with all the other outlets available nor did the outlets in the bathroom but that also wasn’t a huge deal. But besides that I really enjoyed my stay, especially loved that I could just sign into my own Netflix on the tv in the room and watch anything I liked. I also LOVED how close the hotel was to the mall and a bunch of food options. Next time I’m in the Milwaukee area I’m for sure staying here 10/10
