Friendly staff. Exercise facility closed due to HVAC issue for 2 of the 4 days on our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Not what I expected..

We arrived roughly around 7am the day of check in after a 9 hr drive hoping to check in early. Walking up to the counter I was unwarmly told "i can help you here" I'm sure I looked confused, their were two preoccupied workers behind the desk typing or doing paperwork in which neither were smiling and interested in helping me so I didn't know who to go up to. Keep in mind, no other guests need help. I begin saying "we've arrived earlier than anticipated, we're not supposed to check in..." to be interrupted by her saying "what name is the booking under?" I tell her, and then she sees I have a four day stay and says "I can check you in, Welcome to the Sheraton, can I have a form of payment for incidental" all without a smile or even making eye contact. I was given room keys and a map where the room is and circled how to walk to get there and an "enjoy your stay." The hotel has a lot of wings so it would have been helpful to get an idea as to the best place to park your vehicle to unload closest to your room. Also, when we got to our room the heat wouldn't turn off. We called the desk, got the same kind lady, she sent maintenance, he came, he fixed it and was pleasant. *** NOTE: The heat will run then the a/c will kick on then turn off for 2 minutes. Then the heat will run again and continue this cycle. It never stays off unless you really turn off your thermostat.*** Our poolview (outdoors) even though it was Dec, was not a poolview. It was a courtyard view.

The staff was nice considering there were issues with my room. Black junk was coming out of my sink faucet and the shower drain was clogged.

it has all the utility a hotel needs and a decent price. nothing elegant about the place and breakfast is not included but that said its a solid choice.

They charge $16 for two eggs, bacon, and toast and $6 for a pot of coffee. For two people with a tip that's about $45. The other options are: no breakfast or drive ten minutes to another restaurant.

Pros: Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very nice to deal with.
Cons: A free buffet breakfast would bring me back for another stay.
Stay was nice. No issues. Hotel was conveniently located to my family and shopping.

Nice hotel, close to freeway and shopping mall. Small bathroom could use an update. Front desk employee were very nice when we checked in.

Room first assigned to had not been cleaned from previous guests. Were given a different room, but could not sleep well as the doors to other rooms were constantly being slammed shut and people were talking loudly in the halls. Also no hot water for morning shower.
