We were traveling to Minnesota for a national USTA tournament so we needed to be close to the U of M. We also needed the opportunity to be close to other festivities, so the ice rink and water park were perfect. The facility was very nice and comfortable. With a family of 4, having two Queen beds and a roll-away was very nice.

Everything was above expectations. The staff, room, bed comfort and decor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The absolute only complaint is we found a random wire hanger in the curtains. This hotel definitely competes with the 4+ hotels in the area! !

My wife and I stayed a Saturday night. The room (132X) was very nice, much larger than I thought it would be. Never heard any noise from any of the other rooms or the ice machine next door. The room had a huge window that give us a view of the surrounding downtown bldgs. Small sitting area, tons of pillows and a comfortable bed. Bath and shower were small but very clean and modern. Check in and check out were easy and the front desk gives you a card so that you can leave the ramp and return during your stay without getting charged each time. Would stay here again.

I booked two rooms for a weekend stay. The location is perfect-downtown, in a fun area with great dining a few boutiques. Interesting to walk around. The rooms were impeccable. It was great having a kitchen in the room. This will be our "go-to" place when we are in Minneapolis!
