Stayed two nights to attend State Fair.

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Location: Went to State Fair. Bus service available right across street (state fair busing)...perfect.
Excellent experience. Rooms were very nice. Spent some time in the lounge and waiter was very pleasant and did a great job. Sunday buffet was good.

The A/C condenser was not draining correctly made a wet spot on the carpet. They came and tried to fix it but it still was leaking the next morning. The staff was very courteous and wanting to help.

Lovely Hotel

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: You need to have a car really, a little out of town
Stayed there 3 nights. Had all the amenities and would stay there again.

Clean, clean bathroom.

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Later pick up time for the shuttle. A 10:30pm pick up time is way too early in the evening.
Location: Rosedale Mall
The food in the restaurant wasn't as good as usual.

Quiet, convenient hotel.

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Quiet, convenient and safe.
Cons: There is no continental breakfast there and no way to keep foods cool. Since I was staying for a period of time, I was very limited in food items.
Location: Easily accessable to the major highways that carry you to most any place around Minneapolis/St. Paul.
I needed a place to stay after my daughter had a baby. Their house in Roseville is very small and they also have a three year old. I was able to get back and forth from their house in a matter of minutes. The hotel easily accesses major highways that will take you anywhere in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. To my relief however I did not need to get on the serpentine highways. I simply took a major local road that intersected the street the hotel was on. If you are seriously directionally challenged as I am, you might appreciate this feature. The hotel itself was quiet and comfortable and I never felt threatened in any way as a senior citizen woman traveling alone. I did however dearly miss the small refrigerator now so often found in dozens of hotels.

reasonable price for downtown Minneapolis

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: pool, location
Cons: cleanliness of room, would be nice to have coffee in the lobby
Location: easy to get on highway
Used the unpublished rate, so hotel was ~$106/night with taxes. Wanted to stay in the downtown Minneapolis area over a weekend. Disappointed that no double rooms were available, but should have called in advance. Disappointed that bathtub was not very clean, there was crusty stuff under the soap dish. Loved the saltwater pool. Location was easy to find/navigate.

Comfortable, and close to downtown

Posted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: - Complimentary shower caps - Rain Forest Alliance Certified coffee - Full-length mirror - Hot tub - Cute carpeting
Cons: - Closet doors - Toiletries - Would be nice to have free breakfast
Location: It's only 5 miles from downtown Minneapolis - I'm sure you'll figure something out :)
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The business center has free printing, which is great. The complimentary toiletries are sub-par, but they do have shower caps in the room, which is a plus. The closet was basically unusable, since the door slides off the track very easily, but I did appreciate the full-length mirror. Our experience at the restaurant was not that great. We ordered mozzarella cakes and a pizza. A few of the cakes had no cheese, and were just breading. The pizza had pepper on the bottom of the crust, and some places were extremely peppery - as in, it burned my mouth. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because of the complimentary shuttle within a 5 mile radius, however, the shuttle hours end at 10:30pm, and it does not run on Sundays. If you are planning to use this, I would call ahead to confirm the hours match with your schedule!

Nice hotel, good driving location.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Cons: Water condition, it was very hard water.
Location: Industrial zone, but good access to major highways.
The hotel was nice. Nice fitness room and pool with the decent hours (FR 24 hours, pool 6a-11p). If your looking for hotel with amenities in the neighborhood, its not for you. I was in town visiting family & friends scattered throughout the area. It was great a location for getting around to multiple locations; and there is plenty of parking.

Room smelled like pee. Room cleaners watched more t.v. than cleaning.
