“Will definitely stay there again.”

Excellent quality for the price. Quietest hotel I think I have ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast was a little lacking on items, however, when we brought it to their attention, it was quickly replenished.

“Last night before early flight”

The motel is very close to I-494, the Mall of America and the MSP airport which was our main criteria. We enjoyed the hot tub (and later hour open) and the van to the airport was right on time. The front desk guys were helpful. The few complaints we had were the room smelled like smoke in a smoke-free room and there was no regular coffee. We've stayed at Americinns before and this one has the same good standards.

“AmericInn Review”

“You get what you pay for....”

When we got to the Hotel they said they didn't have our reservation, after messing around for 15 minutes the kid behind the desk said, "Oh, the night shift guy put it in the wrong day" The pool was pretty nice and clean; overall the beds were uncomfortable. The Hotel was loud during the evening and the Continental breakfast was below average. The price was not worth the stay we had. I will not stay in a Americinn again, if I can avoid it.

“Clean, Convenient, Great Value”

This was our first AmericInn visit, but after our stay, we'll be back. We had read the reviews on-line for this hotel and frankly, we were skeptical, but we needed a hotel room on short notice and didn't want to spend a lot just for a bed near The Mall. Glad we took the chance. The front desk staff were very hospitable and gave us some great insider tips for our visit to The Mall of America. We had planned to stay only one night at this hotel, and to try to find another room elsewhere, but booked a second night, based on our first night's experience. The rooms were very quiet, and the other guests (during the week) were families and airline personnel. True, the hotel was a little worn around the edges, but it was clean, and everything (including free WiFi) worked. We didn't eat breakfast there, so no comments on that, other than continental breakfast at chain hotels is pretty much the same wherever you stay: it's not going to be what you eat at home, so as long as there's fresh coffee (and there was) it doesn't really matter what's downstairs in the morning. The only thing I would change is to make clear on the hotel website which exit off of 494 to take to get to the hotel--we had to do a little driving around to find the hotel, even though we knew it was close to the Mall. This was a good central location for exploring the Twin Cities.

“Unfortunate”

It is unfortunate as I booked this hotel based on past experiences with Americinn hotels. This one did not match up at all. From having doors that would not lock to beds that were broken and just not a "clean" feeling in the motel. While I will go back to Americinns at other locations, because of what I have experienced in the past, I will not be returning to this one.

“We would stay here again.”

We would stay a this facility again, however would like a room that is not next to the ice machine next time. The only drawback was we were almost out of hot water for showers in the morning after using the pool. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing after a long day! Very close to the Mall of America and very easy to get there from the hotel.

“Good Airport-Area Hotel”

If you're looking for a hotel near the MSP airport, this would be a good choice. The price was low, the room was reasonable, and the continental breakfast made my son happy. The location was close to the airport and to interstate highways.
