This hotel should be closed down!!!Posted Apr 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
I'm sure this hotel has numerous health code violations. It is filthy, the rooms are tiny and everything is completely outdated. There was no remote controller in our room for the tv, then the 2 controllers they have us at the desk didnt work. They swapped out the entire tv, only to move us to a different room because there were a bunch of drunk hockey team parents in the lobby and hotel staff could not control them. The new room was quieter but only one light worked in the room and the room had no phone. The shower supplied only lukewarm water which occasionally turned ice cold. Days Inn should pay guests to stay here, not the other way around!!!

OverallPosted Apr 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room we stayed in was not clean. The floors were dusty along the walls, you could write your name in it. The tv cable was disconnected, the lamps were unplugged, bed sheets didn't smell cleaned. Other thing was the continental breakfast, that was a joke! They didn't have milk or juices. There was a place for it, but nothing. They had coffee and hot water, yay! They had bread that seemed old, not fresh. When brought to their attention, they just blew it off.

Not bad.Posted Apr 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is decent. Service was exceptional, very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Bed not so comfortable and they could stand to turn up the water heater for the showers. Continental breakfast was nothing fancy, but decent as well. Overall, it was a $56 stay and I actually expected worse.

Convenient to the Southern MetroPosted Apr 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
If you're traveling into the cities but don't want to stay in Minneapolis or St. Paul than this is a great location ... right by highway 35E and 35W. The staff was nice and the hotel was good, seemed right for the price because it was very reasonable.

Mall of America tripPosted Apr 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
I think the hotel overall was nice and the price was what we were looking to spend and stay close to the mall. The best part of the breakfast from the hotel was the Belgium waffle maker. The staff was nice and did their best to accomadate my family and the other family that was with us- a total of nine people.

Do not stay here.Posted Mar 11, 2013
Cons: That the owner(s) do not care about the care of the hotel. Breakfast was horrible
The front desk clerk was friendly, but it was obvious the owner has not spent a penny on upkeep ever. We could not get in the room door, because they had "mounted the door latch upside down. They knew it, but did not fix it. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever had. The carpet in the halls have holes in them. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The TV was very old and outdated and the picture on it was very blurry. The owner(s) are cheap and I would never stay here again, and I am not a fussy person.

Easy to find location. Great price, good breakfast and nice clean lobby. Our room was decent, only thing was our shower head was not working right. Would stay there again.
