Nice inexpensive place to stay for businessPosted Aug 18, 2014
Cons: a fridge in the room would be nice
Was needing an inexpensive room that was nice for a business trip. Since I have to watch my expenses this was a good option for me. Close to the facility where I trained for the week. Easy to get to and from

Average hotel for the price.Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was the best thing.
Cons: Change out the beds to at least full size or better yet queens. Who has doubles anymore?
Didn't spend much time in the hotel or pool area. Checked in late and the pool had already closed for our kids to swim. Front desk help was very nice and efficient.

This is the dirtiest hotel I even seen.Posted Aug 10, 2014
The front desk person wasn't very friendly. Need more training on how to acknowledge the customer. Display welcoming feeling for customer. The only is one person that did a great job is the that handles the breakfast. I would not recommend nor come back to this hotel.

Pros: All of the above and that it had a shuttle to the Airport
Cons: I have nothing to complain about.
Only had to stay one night at this Americinn but have stayed in several in MN. I have been completely satisfied with everyone that I have been in. The Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is great and the price is right. Can't beat it.

Straight forward hotel with a good staffPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: The price and the helpful staff
Cons: Maybe some small stuff like the aforementioned addition of a minifridge
Location: The Mall of America is really close and theres a shuttle at the hotel for it
Theres nothing special about the hotel itself. It provides only the basics (room, bed, bathroom). No mini fridge or anything. But thats not a bad thing because the room is cheap and the staff helped me when I needed help after the long 9hr journey from Indiana to Minnesota. I'll stay there again when I go back to Minnesota

No surprise is the best surprise. The room was clean and quiet. Plenty of good restaurants to chose from, a great sports bar/restaurant was next door. Easy to get to from the airport and from the Mall of Americas. Breakfast food was OK, however, the serving area was too small for the size of the hotel and was crowded.
