I would leave a better review, but I had the entire shower head fall off on me mid-shower. The maintenance crew had left for the night, so I didn’t get to shower. Otherwise the place was in decent shape.

I want very impressed with the employee at the front desk at the night of our stay. A small group of parents were sitting on one side of the entrance and my husband, daughter and grandson had just ordered pizza and was sitting quietly finishing our meal. The pool had just ended its hours and people were coming out. The front desk employee yelled at all of us and told us to leave the lobby and go to our rooms. No one was loud. No was was disturbing anyone. He made himself come across as a very u kind person. No very impressed.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bad parts were the hard bed, the screaming parent and child in the room next door the first night and the college hockey players outside my room taking slap shots until midnight in the parking lot outside my room the second night. If the staff wasn’t so nice and the hotel clean and convenient I would have checked out and found a different place.

Overall everything was great! Noisy people in the halls until 11 pm and again at 6 am but we just kept the bathroom and room fan on- which helps.

We were very happy with our stay and already decided to stay there again next year! The staff was great with our check in all the way to check out with smiles! The only time we had anything negative is with not enough food for breakfast, but we could not complain because in their defense they had a high school basketball team also staying there at the same time and staff did a great job keeping up with them hungry boys!

A bit tired and worn
Although the staff was fine and pleasant, I found the hotel worn and a bit dirty. I had 2 lights out in my room and a sink that wouldn't drain. Overall, the place needs a refresh. I will say that the breakfast was nice.

Rules
Have stayed here many times, will stay here again but they do not enforce the adults only in the pool after 10pm. Why have rules if you’re not going to enforce them? Didn’t enjoy having 4 unsupervised children in the hot tub late at night (with one of them being under 2 years old). We felt like babysitters. This has happened almost every year that we’ve stayed at this hotel.

Nice hotel. Everything was great except for the room floor. As soon as you were bare foot the bottom of you feet were black. Really black!

Poor housekeeping service
We stayed 3 nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Room service only came in 1 time (Saturday morning and emptied the trash cans) no clean towels, did not make make the bed, refill the tissues on bathroom tissue. We passed housekeeping staff on Saturday and Sunday mornings when we left our room for the day. My husband finally had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels on Sunday night. Very disappointing...
