Close to mall of America. Rude and non apologetic staff. None are on Time. You Will have to request over and over before you get what you requested ie crib/towels. Check in and out of system is out of whack. Charged me something That shouldnt have been. I was flagged as NO Show but was already checked in the day before. The only Good thing to this is the location as very close to MOA.

Loved the pool area for the kids! The property was upgrading the carpet and once done I would probably rate the facility higher. The staff was super great but the manager was a little rude to the guests.

Stay was ok. Floor of room was sticky. Dirty rag left hanging over the shower, and toothpaste smeared behind the door. So they didn’t clean very well. Shuttle takes you to MAO, but it is hit or miss when/what time they are available. Breakfast food was good, lots of variety but they could not keep up on keeping it stocked and there was Not enough seats. Took food back to our room all 3 days we were there.

This was a great place to stay. Just minutes from the Mall of America, shuttles available to and from, and a great pool area for the kids when we needed a break from the mall. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Rooms near the pool area were much noisier, but ourroomwas not in that area, and so was quiet. This is a place I would highly recommend to anyone with kids!

We had a few issues during our stay. The bedding, all 3 layers, were paper thin. It was a cold and snowy week, so we wore layers of our own clothes to stay warm in the beds. The shuttle from the mall is unreliable. They told us it would be a half hour. No problem. After 50 minutes we called to check on the ETA and they said it would be another 20 minutes and were obviously annoyed that we needed a ride. In the end we walked back to the hotel in the snow because it was getting ridiculous. We did stay at this hotel a few years ago and thought it was great. Something has changed and we will not be staying here again.

Very loud, pool area was open later than advertised which made it hard getting kids down for bed. There was pounding in the room above us but overall it was a good stay. Nice and clean. Breakfast was decent.

The check in process was one of the lengthiest I have ever had. Also, they required a $200 deposit PER NIGHT on my credit card. The hallways and public areas were dirty- including the breakfast area. The elevator was broken on the second night of our stay. When we asked for towels at 7:30 AM, the hotel staff said we could not get them until housekeeping was in at 8:30 AM, however; we had somewhere we needed to be before then. I would not stay at this property again.

Checking in took FOREVER. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or what but we seriously waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Rooms were fine for the price. Breakfast was your typical mediocre hotel breakfast. The pool was great. Especially the little kid part. Our toddler had a blast playing in that part. I’d definitely stay again just to take my little kids to that pool.

Not only was I not informed when checking in that I would be charged a $200 but that both the deposit and the 3 night stay amount would be charged immediately. The lack of service is also a huge blow, we tried calling the front desk for over 30 minutes to get more towels and a plunger for our toliet. The front desk personnel had taken the phone off the hook so they wouldn’t have to answer any calls coming in and when my husband stated that he was trying to get ahold of them no apologies or explanation was provided. The free breakfast was ok, but the last day of our stay as we were getting in line a mouse ran up the leg of the buffet table and back into the cupboard. We lost our appetite and left. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t think I will ever come back to this hotel.

Check in took an hour, then I was assigned a room that was already occupied and had to wait in line another hour to get a different room. Never any towels in pool area. Main pool was so cold we couldn’t use. Kids pool was nice but abruptly closed the 2nd day we were there. Overall average to below average stay, we left our second night and drive 4 hours home.

Worst hotel stay we've ever had. The pool was closed which was not posted when we booked our stay. Bathroom/ toilet was not clean and the fan did not work. We were put in 1001 right by an entrance and it was so loud we could barely sleep. The heater / ac in the room barely worked either and it sounded like it was going to explode when we turned it on to try and block out some of the noise. There were also gnats in our room (we didn't notice until morning when we were getting ready to leave). We will never stay here again

Loved being able to walk out our patio door right to the pool. Beds were a small slice of heaven. Breakfast was, umm, well, breakfast.. (the potatoes saved the day) Would have loved to see a few different breakfast items from day to day, but, can't go wrong with the basics. Only (somewhat) complaint I had was the shortage of towels in the pool area, and the vending machine prices.😄😄
