We were in the area for a concert. We appreciated that there was a concert shuttle there and back, and our room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself was a bit older, but again, no big deal. However, when we returned from the concert, a mouse ran across our hotel room floor and took up lodging behind the television. Our room was on the fourth floor, but next to the trash room, so maybe that's why there were rodents. Needless to say, we let the front desk know and we checked out. They were horrified and somewhat apologetic, but didn't offer us any alternate accommodation, so we left for a four hour drive back home late at night.

I requested a later checkout time due to a late flight home. I wanted to sleep in as I was expecting to be up all night. I also put out a “Do Not Disturb” sign. Yet, I was awakened by the housekeeping staff who obviously were not made aware of the late checkout time. I was also charged for daily parking even though I didn’t’ have a car. Better staff training is needed.

Great place! Breakfast gal was very friendly and helpful! Front desk person was nice and fast at check in! Only suggestion would be to provide shampoo and conditioner versus a shoe shine sponge!

Every time the air exchanger turned on, it smelled like someone's overbearing cologne was coming through the vents. And there were no soaps provided in the bathroom. Location is convenient and felt safe, and check in/out was smooth.

Our room was next to the elevator, and we didn't notice any noise from it. The only thing that annoyed us was house keeping early Sunday morning. We wanted to sleep in an extra hour or so, but the employees loud talking wouldn't allow that. I understand that they have a job to do, but at 8 am on a Sunday didn't go too well with the Mrs...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and the room comfortable. Did not have breakfast, but did eat dinner in the restaurant for the convenience, and it was OK. I'd choose to stay there again.

Excellent customer service
The hot tub was out of order unfortunately, but the kids did enjoy the pool which was not crowd at all. The shuttle was a little uncomfortable with the amount of people that were packed in to get to the Wild game. We would have gladly waited for an additional shuttle run. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean. Overall I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated having a shuttle service to bring us to a concert we were attending. The bed was so-so. It seemed to have a slight dip in it, so it might be time to replace the mattress.
