We were sad to see the hot tub was out of order. We didnt know until I asked the fromt desk where the pool/hot tub was. We could hear the people snoring next door and there was a lot of door slamming and people Talking in hallway loudly up until midnight.

The staff were great. Very nice. The place seemed clean. Check in and out was easy and quick. I was not notified the hot tub was not working when checking in though which ruined my stay. I was really looking forward to the hot tub. Checked in, got my swim suit on walked to the hot tub to then find out it was not working

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience here. The customer service was poor, with staff displaying a lack of attentiveness and courtesy. Several amenities were broken or malfunctioning, contributing to a disappointing stay. The staff’s demeanor was consistently rude, adding to the overall negative impression. Furthermore, the hotel proved to be noisy and felt unsafe, impacting the overall quality of my visit. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.

Very satisfied with my stay
The clock by the bed was set 30 minutes slow. So, i checked out late. Not sure if that will reflect in my bill. However, everything about my stay was excellent. Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast selection.
