I arrived late at 11:30 pm. Door unlocked at entrance no security. Nobody at the desk. Asked front desk clerk if they lock the front entrance at night. He said sometimes. Did not feel safe

Overbooked and couldnt even give us the room we ordered. Pool so full it was unsafe. Child throwing up because he was not being supervised. Room old and outdated with dust everywhere. Shower curtain snagged and full of holes. Bath tub was disgusting. Had breakfast and it was terrible. Not a good property and short staffed as well.

Only thing that was a problem was they turned of the air conditioning. Thelady behind the desk gave me a fan and that helped.

I made my reservation a couple months in advance for 2 queens, and ended up with one king and nothing they could do about it the first night. They did upgrade me to a suite the next night, which was nice. I was there a year ago, and I have to say the service in the restaurant was horrible. The poor bartender was trying, but they were so understaffed. If I didn't ask her for a drink, I don't think I would've ever gotten one. Something definitely has to be done to change the customer service there.

There was nobody at check-in for 15 minutes. They had to go find her and when they did find her the whole computer system was down. After that they actually put up signs in a wood frame that they’ll be back. Our room heat and air condition did not work. our room was 74°, very hot slept terribly . We travel all the time . This is a hotel you should not go to .

Beds were confortable and hotel was quiet. Easy parking and location was near entertainment, shopping, and many restaurants. The room clealiness was pretty good but vacuuming, especially on the 2 chairs, could have been better.

The room was very clean & comfortable. I could tell care was taken to make everything just right due to the extra touches. Check in was slow but it was NYE, so it’s understandable that the hotel was perhaps short staffed. The staff on New Years Day were very friendly and efficient…(even while dealing with a cranky guest that I let cut in front of me due to his crankiness!) I’ve stayed here several times in the past and I can see improvements being made since switching over from BW to a Wyndham property.

Had minor issue with the television. Called front desk they suggested I wiggle the the connections. If that didn't work they would send somebody up. It did, but I had do it both times we used the TV.

I really liked this property - our room was a suite with a small living room, dining table and desk which was very convenient as my husband gets up much earlier than I to work. It was also great that it had 1.5 baths- so two toilets/sink areas. It was very conveniently located only about 15 minutes from the airport and about 20-25 from the cities. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby including a Starbucks basically in the parking lot of the hotel. My only complaint was that the bed was very hard. I will likely stay there again.

There was no soap in the room Called the front desk and they said they didn't have any and couldn't help. There was no one at the front desk ever. During check in had to wait 30 mins to get someone to come to the front. Waited another 30 mins because they couldn't figure out how to bill my room that was already paid for.

Great location for my needs. Excellent staff. With recent purchase by Wyndham hotels some bumps should be expected. There was no soap available in the rooms and the hotel did nothing for substitution which is inexcusable in my opinion for a quality hotel chain. If not for the soap issue it would be a 5 star rating
