Dislikes -- Check-in person (the bar manager is who I had as I was able to read that on his name tag, but not his name) was very rude at check-in time, did not take time to listen to me, said this is the way it is and charged me for my room when I already paid a now price with Expedia. which now paying twice for one room is messing up my checking account with pending purchases. ** Nothing was said or given to us for a secure Wi Fi connection to use our phones and computers in the hotel. This should be a given for all guests! ** A text was sent to me with my husband's name, and he wasn't even there and nowhere did I have that on my charge card or booking. Was a welcome text. I hadn't even gotten up to my room and the text came through. I was already upset with check in and now a text not even to me! REALLY?! too many texts from Cambria. **no carts available for taking luggage up to the rooms **no plastic bags in the garbage cans in the hotel room. or even a bag for dry cleaning that all other hotels I have been to have one hanging in the closet. **No bible in the room, really! All hotel and even motels have that in each room. **Light on the nightstand had a light bulb burned out or light isn't working in room 330. ** No soap dish or even a tray to put your soap bar in after using it. Love - I love the amenities the hotel offers, and the times given at check in. One thing that would be nice is having a typed list of hours from open to close of all the amenities.

Great hotel but had quirky issues - that could easily be resolved -that took away from the quality. First I spent a lot more time at the front desk than necessary. Rang the bell - waited a few minutes - rang the bell again - waited again and then finally yelled out. A customer told the front counter lady that was way across the foyer to come. When you are tired from traveling - not a great start. Grabbed coffee at 7am - lukewarm. Took like 10 minutes to get hot water to a very outdated shower but otherwise - a really nice hotel, pool/hot tub comfy bed, lots of space, modern room etc.

Nice separate sleeping areas in room. Some issues with electronics and broken linen shelf in bathroom, so not enough linens, but fast response when requested extras. Very nice staff.

Check in was janky. No description of property amenities. Didn’t even know there was breakfast. Second night I went elsewhere for drinks/dinner because there was only one (1) employee handling front desk/bartending/cooking. Where was management?! Had to text back twice in response to the properties outbound “welcome.. can we get you anything?” Property answered the following day for my blow dryer request. (Shouldn’t they just be in the room?) window in hotel room couldn’t Close all the way. Turned heat up to accommodate. Too much of a hassle at this point to switch rooms given my experience thus far. Not sure if stay again!!

Fairly clean and breakfast was good. In definite need of refurbishments. Beds were uncomfortable and toilet had issues flushing. Updates that have been made seem to be cheaply done and not very functional, specifically the bathroom sinks. Overall, not terrible, but we are unlikely to stay again.

Property was well maintained and modern. I didn't spend any time in the bar near the lobby, but it looked like a great space to hang out with friends or sit at the bar solo. The King room was laid out nicely with a living area and bed area which was perfect for my solo weekend and not feel like I was cooped up in a small space. The proximity to Arbor Lakes shopping or Albertville outlets is just right. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were quiet. I would chose this place for a quick getaway again.

Upstairs people occupying the apartment where up all night running and stomping around. Which was hard to sleep but nothing against the hotel as a whole. Just unfortunate people where disrespectful through the late night time

Beautiful entry way and nice to have a living room. But staff promised to assist in TV being fixed for both rooms and never was completed. No one cleaned the room when specifically asked prior to cleaning times. Staff became accusatory once asked for assistance.

The room really needs more lighting. In the main area of 2 Queen suite there was only a fairly dim nightstand light. Difficult for us when getting ready in the morning. There was some spots of maybe rust?? and maybe mildew in the shower.

What a busy night!! The team on board tonight is doing so well! Thank you for your hustle guys. Front desk checkin gentleman was so very prompt and friendly. Handled customers very professionally! The bar tender was running around. Great job! Thanks for our stay.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and modern. Ouir room was spacious and great for a family of 5. Our only complaint was the thermostat was broken and our room was a little TOO toasty and there were a few broken thgings in the bathroom. Overall a great sleep and stay
